988 Chat & Text Counselor – Remote:

This role is a fully-remote. Schedule will vary with multiple shifts available. Part time & full time applicants encouraged to apply. The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential.

Chat/Text Counselors will be responsible for utilizing Crisis Chat and Text services to provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources to all help-seekers. The position will be fully remote, with the option to work on-site. A high emphasis is placed on quality assurance for this role.

Primary Duties:

• Offers crisis-counseling services via chat and text
• Completes risk assessment, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with Chat/Text visitors.
• Serves as a mandated reporter in cases of suspected abuse or neglect.
• Is familiar with resources and providing information and referrals to visitors as appropriate.
• Maintains accurate and detailed chat/text reports. Documentation must be completed in real time.
• Completes 1.5 chats/texts per hour (on average).
• Fulfills continuing education requirements as requested or required for the agency and the Suicide Prevention Center program.
• Assists in the training process of new counselors.
• Participates in community outreach events such as resources tables and presentation about suicide prevention as needed.
• Attends routinely scheduled meetings for the Suicide Prevention Center.

Senior Chat Sales Representative:

As we grow the chat sales team, we are looking for someone interested in managing a team, optimizing scripts and conversion funnels post-chat, and owning the entire chat function of the business.

Part-Time Customer Service Representative:

We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with availability between Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings between, 6 pm ET and 12 am ET. This role has the possibility for more evenings, up to 25 hours per week, and the target compensation for this role is $12/hr or state minimum wage, should the state minimum wage be higher than $12/hr. 

Responsibilities: 

• Live Customer Support for contest entrants via email and live chat feature
• Handling support requests and escalating them to the appropriate parties 
• Requests include: verifying user identities during sign-up, gameplay questions, the status of withdrawals, and more. 
• Assist product managers and internal team with document preparation

Donor Data Coordinator:

Responsible for receipt, organization, and maintenance of incoming paperwork including donor and recovery information records from Recovery Partners while reviewing for regulatory compliance. Input all donor information contained within the chart into the donor recovery information database before the case is forwarded to the Case Manager. Perform non-clinical review of donor chart including identification of required corrections for discrepancies and/ or omissions that impact donor eligibility.

Review necessary reports while communicating information with Recovery Partners to expedite the release process. Responsible to perform first line review and identification of positive test results. Coordinate and work closely with recovery programs, laboratories, and all relevant MTF departments while working closely with Case Manager through the Donor Eligibility (DE) process by monitoring and expediting pending cases. Maintain donor chart records and required processing record files and archives (electronically and via scanning).

Clerical Assistant (000299):

Clerical work, including filing, data entry, reception work, schedule meetings, typing and preparing correspondence, indexing, operating office equipment (fax, computer, photocopier), and other clerical functions. 50 keystrokes per minute, Microsoft Office knowledge intermediate level.

Interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills. Performs data entry and general clerical duties. Maintains professional demeanor. Liaisons with nurses, physicians and staff. Ability to interact with patients all day.

Compensation: $16/hr | Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5 PM EST

A Day in the Role:

-The Client Coordinator will work to process various medical documents
-The coordinator will handle incoming cases extract data and enter the data into the electronic data base via Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word.
-Work independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure that questions are addressed, documented, and cases are returned in a timely fashion.
-Coordinators will use critical thinking steps to determine next steps and reach out to clients via phone to obtain missing information, etc.

Customer Data Specialist:

The Customer Data Specialist is responsible for the administration and tactical maintenance of data within the Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA) module. The position requires the use of independent judgment to manage all assigned projects, daily tasks, and interpret and apply Entrust business practices and systems.

Duties:

• Manage and respond to all TCA requests sent to the Customer Data Specialist including
  • New customer account and address creation in Oracle
  • Adding, removing, or updating existing account information (contacts, addresses, etc.)
  • Entrust’s ecommerce store (eStore) user set up and user updates
  • Customer account name changes and merges associated with acquisitions
  • Cleansing of duplicate accounts
• Maintain integrity of the data that is entered into the Oracle TCA using system tools, recommended naming conventions, and established business processes
