Customer Support Specialist:

Compensation: $27/hour. 

You’re the perfect fit if you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on listening and asking the right questions; comfort communicating with customers via chat, email.

Duties:

  • Serve as a first responder for inbound communication through our site
  • Answer customer questions and provide how-to help on Muck Rack’s capabilities, with a focus on reducing customer effort and furthering product knowledge
  • Escalate and diagnose software issues; work with our product and engineering teams to solve complex product issues 
  • Follow site issues to resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively reach out to customers who show signs of user error 
  • Identify processes that need to be improved and evolved
  • Maintain expert product knowledge of Muck Rack and stay well informed of new and existing features 

Office Operations (100% Remote):

Compensation: $17-17.50/hr.

J. J. Keller has a REMOTE – Office Operations opening in one of our fastest growing departments called Managed Services. This department is comprised of fleet and regulatory compliance experts who clients rely on to off-load the time consuming / complex tasks of managing driver safety and vehicle compliance.

Duties:

  • Audits driver qualification documents and drug & alcohol information for clients.
  • Identifies discrepancies, checks systems for pertinent information, and enters information into applicable systems.
  • Works with Client Service Specialists to obtain and/or validate client information.  Updates information in all applicable systems.
  • Maintains knowledge of the applicable local, state, and federal regulations that pertain to our service offerings. 
  • Maintains confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory entities.  Adheres to the department’s data security policies pertaining to Personal Identification Information.

Order Specialist:

Compensation: $18/hour

As an Order Specialist, you’ll be responsible for purchase order coordination and management, including analyzing and inputting data, solving problems, and collaborating with business partners to ensure order details are communicated promptly and accurately. You will support the Merchant/Buying team by efficiently compiling necessary purchase information, ensuring accurate and prompt purchase order issuance to vendors. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping secure quality purchases in a timely fashion in support of sales to drive positive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use Excel functions and formulas including v-lookups and pivot tables to Identify and interpret data and patterns on orders, correcting inaccuracies when applicable.
  • Manage and modify order spreadsheets to seamlessly prepare and upload order requests.

  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve order execution process and recommend solutions.

Human Resource On-boarding With SeatGeek:

Compensation: $45,000-$70,000 with a A WFH stipend to support your home office setup

Reporting to our Manager, Global People Operations, you will be joining the people operations team to support the day to day administration tasks. You will partner closely with various members of the people team including recruiting, HRBP, People programs, recruiting, benefits, compensation, payroll, IT and legal.

Duties:

  • Be accountable for HRIS data including onboarding, promotions, terminations, and transfers
  • Collect new hire paperwork, process I-9’s and e-verify, coordinate various account setups, and schedule onboarding sessions
  • Be the first point of contact for our new hires and employees
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all people data in the HRIS system (Workday)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact of people operations questions
  • Provide Tier 1 & II level support for issues related to both functional and technical HR/HCM matters in areas such as policy interpretation, and HR system & technology
  • Provide overall administrative support to the HR team
  • Manage day to day system entries and data integrity

Care Manager:

Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000

  • Act as a product expert who connects Users to Empathy specific tools and resources.

Claims Examiner:

Compensation: $34,320-$35,360

The Opportunity:

  • Be responsible for attending and successfully completing the training scheduled by the client and employer
  • Be responsible for processing assigned claims based on client-specified guidelines or as directed by a team lead
  • Be responsible for meeting claims productivity targets of claims per hour or day as set by a team lead 
  • Collaborate with other team members on special projects as assigned by the team leads including process documentation, training, quality audit, assisting with surge activity for client (s), or any other project as determined by the team lead
  • Develop knowledge of physician billing practices and hospital coding, billing and medical terminology, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9 and ICD-10, UB04, CMS 1500, authorization and other terms, terminology, and concepts of healthcare
  • Develop some level of communication with client Claims managers to address issues, and concerns and take preventive measures to avoid service quality issues
  • Be responsible for your attendance, time off and reporting shift timings, etc. with the prime objective of meeting and exceeding customer deliverables
  • Participate in meetings and project activities outside of the primary location at locations determined by the UST management team and team lead 

Fraud & Identity Specialist:

Compensation: $23 per hour

The role will include a blend of areas from reviewing transactions in real-time to prevent fraud, identifying fraudulent activities/ patterns, account takeovers, and handling internal escalations to provide services through the Instacart platform and much more.

This is a 6-month contracted position at Instacart with expectations to work 40 hours/week. This is a non-exempt position, paid hourly, and eligible for additional hours as necessary. You will be scheduled to work 1 or 2 weekend days which your manager will assign to your schedule based on your availability.

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Identify fraud patterns and conduct investigations to deter fraudulent/suspicious activities
  • Maintain a queue of inbound customer appeals with time management and prioritization skills
  • Recognize and present opportunities to improve and drive tasks to full resolution
  • Complete live/ historical data reviews with a detail-oriented approach
  • Execute on repetitive operational tasks while maintaining attention to detail and having an eye for process improvements

BILLING SPECIALIST:

Our Billing Specialist will be responsible for accurately billing and managing customer accounts. In this position, the individual will manage customer account information, process customer orders to billing, reconcile discrepancies, assist collections as necessary for payment of invoices.

Responsibilities

·      Ensure accuracy of customer data

·      Account audits/clean up

·      Billing of Customer orders

·      Coordination with Sales team for accuracy of contract terms and management of contract data in DataBank systems

·      Validation of Billing dates/term with Implementations and Service Delivery

·      Reviewing and providing SLA Credits 

·      Review and validate all billing disputes

·      Reviewing and validating Credit requests , seek required approvals, and issuing credits

·      Assist customers with Portal understanding and use as necessary

·      Auditing of Monthly Invoices before sending them to customers

·      Apply usage based service charges to invoices as necessary

·      Auditing and validating accuracy of usage based services

·      Maintaining tickets, 24-48 hr response time

·      Calculating and billing ETF (early termination fees) where applicable on termination orders

·      Understanding and adhering to the Billing policies and processes

·      Perform other duties assigned by my supervisor and/or Management
