Blaze Pizza is looking for an amazing temporary Guest Experience Specialist who will track and respond to all Blaze Pizza guest concerns regarding experiences in our restaurant. This position is responsible for ensuring a B.L.A.Z.E guest experience as it pertains to our app/website/phone ordering tools/loyalty rewards program/gift card programs, and more. The Guest Experience Specialist manages feedback from all restaurants and interaction touchpoints, including digital.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support guest inquiries and requests through social and digital platforms.
- Ensures guest satisfaction and positive relations through engagement with all Blaze guests.
- Monitor Blaze national social pages (Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram) and performs Guest Recovery via direct messaging.
- Contact guests directly via email or phone, when necessary.
- Analyze the customer experience, prepare written and verbal feedback, and ensure the voice of the customer is echoed in all levels of problem resolution.
- Use guest touchpoint measures from existing digital resources to troubleshoot existing and long-term feedback and pushes the analytics to the appropriate teams for additional resolution.
- Work cross-functionally with other partners to provide a superior guest experience.
- Execute Consumer Protection Acts, upon guests request.
- Performs all other duties, as assigned.
Referral Coordinator (eConsults) – Remote:
The eConsult Referral Coordinator (eRC) is responsible for managing eConsult referrals from CeCN clients across the country. The eRC is charged with the appropriate transmission of eConsults to CeCN specialists and back to the provider in a timely manner. In addition, the referral works collaboratively with the CeCN operations team to monitor quality and seek opportunities to continuously improve the efficiency of service delivery
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures all eConsults are properly entered into the eConsults web based platform in a timely fashion;
- Ensure electronic communications related to eConsults are properly reflected in each participants’ EHR systems, as necessary;
- Ensures each eConsult contains all necessary clinical electronic information based on submission guidelines for each specialty
- Reviews eConsults on a daily basis to ensure PCP and specialists response times are within required time commitments. Communicates with providers if and when there are overdue responses;
- Tracks all referrals made at the site for compliance. Follows up with primary care provider and patient as needed;
- Ensures complete and accurate registration, including patient demographics and current insurance information is entered into the eConsult platform
- Ensures eConsults are completed and that consult notes are received and conveyed back to the primary care practice in a timely manner.
- Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.
- Works closely with the CeCN eConsult team to ensure efficient, high quality delivery of services
- Complies with the program’s mandated in-service training workshops.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Cash Application Analyst – Remote:
Job Summary: The Cash Application Analyst is responsible for applying customer payments to open receivables balances, creating deductions, on account transactions, and daily/monthly cash reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Access bank, customer web sites, and e-mail to obtain customer cash remittance details
- Post & transact cash application in Accounts Receivable (AR) ERP system
- Operate in a high deduction Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- Identify payment deductions appropriately and/or identify payments for accurate posting
- Classify deductions, with reason codes, and create residual items on customer accounts
- Coordinate repayment clearing/processing with AR Collections and Deduction Analysts to reconcile
transactions - Reconcile daily and monthly cash receipt registers
- Upload trade deduction remittances into Trade Promotion Management system
- Projects and other duties as assigned including ad hoc report generation and analysis
