As an integral part of the business team, the Assistant Business Manager will provide exceptional support and expertise to external customers. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our services and capabilities with customer support including customer forms, data entry and reconciliation.
As the Assistant Business Manager, you will:
- Entering customer forms including contract generation via customer portals, Acosta Sprint, Acosta Relay, and Excel
- Maintaining client financial tools to create customer events and maintenance as required
- Overseeing trade reconciliation such as responding to claims alerts, maintaining fund balances within client’s metrics
- Reviewing order alerts and verifying accurate pricing and promotions on customer orders
- Providing data support like submissions of price changes, item setup requests and customer-facing information in customer portals
Compensation: $35,000 – $47,000.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Head of Emerging Transportation Platforms. This position will be based remotely within the US and will be required to work during business hours in the Pacific Time Zone.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Directly support the Head of Emerging Platforms
- Run a high-volume calendar across global time zones with diplomacy, discretion, and excellent judgment

Provide day to day document management support to Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Data Management, Medical Writing, and be an initial point of contact for Trial Master File (TMF) process related questions.
- Establish document standards, requirements, process, and reports that allow for the collection and maintenance of clinical trial documents including those aspects outsourced to Contract Research Organization (CRO)
- Participate in the development and implementation of TMF standard operating procedures and common work practices within the team
