Remote Chat Specialist:

Compensation: $18-19 Per hour

The Customer Support/Chat Specialist will provide Brand/Product Customer service to our clientele. In this role employees will be trained to provide expertise to consumers suggesting products to meet consumer needs and supporting loyal patrons throughout the transaction process and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Become a “text expert” via company systems to communicate directly with casual mobile consumers providing knowledgeable, professional customer support driving consumers to the best product option for their needs

Chat Advocate:

As part of a dynamic and engaging team, the Chat Advocate is responsible for communicating with customers via live chat and answering questions pertaining to the loan application process. Your day will consist of responding to general questions, assisting with troubleshooting the bank verification step, uploading emailed documents, and/or requesting additional documents as needed. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive business through excellent customer service at every step of the application process
• Build relationships via electronic communication 
• Using provided resources to help navigate customers through the Instant Bank Verification process
• Review and evaluate customer’s financial documents and research financial history
• Collaborate with Underwriters and Loan Advocates to process loan applications in an expedited fashion
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and suggest improvements
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding the application process

988 Chat & Text Counselor – Remote:

This role is a fully-remote. Schedule will vary with multiple shifts available. Part time & full time applicants encouraged to apply. The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential.

Chat/Text Counselors will be responsible for utilizing Crisis Chat and Text services to provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources to all help-seekers. The position will be fully remote, with the option to work on-site. A high emphasis is placed on quality assurance for this role.

Primary Duties:

• Offers crisis-counseling services via chat and text
• Completes risk assessment, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with Chat/Text visitors.
• Serves as a mandated reporter in cases of suspected abuse or neglect.
• Is familiar with resources and providing information and referrals to visitors as appropriate.
• Maintains accurate and detailed chat/text reports. Documentation must be completed in real time.
• Completes 1.5 chats/texts per hour (on average).
• Fulfills continuing education requirements as requested or required for the agency and the Suicide Prevention Center program.
• Assists in the training process of new counselors.

We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with availability between Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings between, 6 pm ET and 12 am ET. This role has the possibility for more evenings, up to 25 hours per week, and the target compensation for this role is $12/hr or state minimum wage, should the state minimum wage be higher than $12/hr. 

Responsibilities: 

• Live Customer Support for contest entrants via email and live chat feature
• Handling support requests and escalating them to the appropriate parties 
• Requests include: verifying user identities during sign-up, gameplay questions, the status of withdrawals, and more. 
• Assist product managers and internal team with document preparation

Donor Data Coordinator:

Responsible for receipt, organization, and maintenance of incoming paperwork including donor and recovery information records from Recovery Partners while reviewing for regulatory compliance. Input all donor information contained within the chart into the donor recovery information database before the case is forwarded to the Case Manager. Perform non-clinical review of donor chart including identification of required corrections for discrepancies and/ or omissions that impact donor eligibility.

Review necessary reports while communicating information with Recovery Partners to expedite the release process. Responsible to perform first line review and identification of positive test results. Coordinate and work closely with recovery programs, laboratories, and all relevant MTF departments while working closely with Case Manager through the Donor Eligibility (DE) process by monitoring and expediting pending cases. Maintain donor chart records and required processing record files and archives (electronically and via scanning).
