Customer Experience Associate – Part Time (Remote)

Customer Experience Associate:

Part Time CX Associate We are looking for an experienced CX associate to join the Backdrop team in a part time role. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to ensure all customer concerns are quickly addressed and play an integral supportive role within an exciting fast paced young brand.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the CX daily inbox and respond to all customer inquiries 
• Create a seamless experience from initial outreach through delivery; help address any application questions or concerns along the way.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all Backdrop products, FAQs, services and sales channels ? Ensure orders are received within project deadlines, communicate daily with fulfillment team
• Work closely with cross functional teams including operations, trade, marketing as well as our Schumacher team

Who you are: 

• You have 2+ years of work in customer experience, ideally in e-commerce and have worked remotely
• Comfortable troubleshooting and handling difficult customer issues
• Experience with Shopify, Kustomer, Asana and excel is a plus
• Deeply empathetic and thrive within a fast paced environment
• You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Organized and a self starter with interest in fulfillment and operations
• Flexible work hours (including some weekends) and a desire to grow within the company
