As a Customer Support Specialist at Truework, you will play a key role in helping us deliver our verification product to our customers. Our operations and support team sits between our customers and back-end platform, playing a critical role in delivering a best-in-class experience to the hundreds of thousands of unique users our product and web application serves each month.

Responsibilities

  • Independently resolve a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels, meeting SLAs while delivering exceptional service.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions to customers.
  • Conduct proactive customer outreach initiatives to minimize recurring issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to maintain a reliable and efficient workflow, taking full ownership of your results.

Premium Agent

Compensation: $26 per hour plus equity and benefits

  • Communicate with users who have indicated they are in need of immediate assistance via video call or chat

Legal Administrative Assistant

Compensation: $25 – $30 per hour

We are looking to hire a Legal Administrative Assistant to support the Legal Contract Processing Team with general administrative duties to include but not limited to assisting with contract administration, information gathering, data entry, analysis of information, communication with various parties and other duties assigned as needed.

Essential Functions 

  • Contract management from initial intake through execution.
  • Send documents and agreements for final signature via e-signature platform.
  • Liase with builder representatives, landlords, suppliers, vendors, and consultants as well as internal sales, operations, legal, and field personnel to ensure contract processing and execution.
  • Process and save executed files to contract management software.
  • File construction pre-liens as required.

Medical Assistant

Compensation: $60,000 per year

As a Medical Assistant, your role is to support the clinical team of RNs, NPs, PAs, and MDs in providing excellent member care through direct education, counseling, and clinical care to members.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage incoming messages in our message center (Zendesk); route messages to appropriate recipients and answer questions as allowed by scope of practice
  • Ensure timely followup on messages in your personal queue
  • Contact pharmacies either proactively or by returning pharmacy voicemails with questions regarding prescriptions
  • Code and fill out insurance forms; manage a queue of prior authorization requests

Change Order Representative

Compensation: $17 per hour plus benefits

The Change Order Representative is responsible for reviewing changes on existing patient orders. Completion of the accounts includes, but is not limited to checking prescription validity, authorization validity, insurance requirements, demographics, patient needs, and notation prior to shipping orders of medical supplies.

Essential Job Functions
• Enter demographics and other pertinent information into the digital system and ensure completion of all change order paperwork

• Verify insurance coverage, explain benefit information to patients and case managers, collect and process payments as applicable

• Identify patients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions

• Responsible for authorization submissions and authorization follow up by obtaining met daily expectations

Care Experience Specialist

Charlie Health is looking for a dynamic, passionate individual to support our incredible clients and families throughout treatment as a Part-Time Care Experience Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts and resolving patient and family concerns or requests efficiently and effectively 
  • Act as a liaison between patients and internal Charlie Health teams such as, Admissions, Billing, Utilization Review, Outreach and Clinical
  • Support client-related requests from the Clinical Care team to improve the patient’s experience
  • Identifying gaps in treatment attendance and reaching out to clients to resolve issues with treatment that may be leading to non-attendance proactively

As SkySlope’s newest Customer Support Agent, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer, technical, and product support to customers in pursuit of making life better for every real estate agent, broker and service provider. Specifically, you’ll be responding to customer support tickets and resolving issues, supporting peers in order to increase overall efficiency of the whole department, and maintaining expert level proficiency on the system.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES ?

  • Responding and resolving customer support tickets that come in via emails, live chats, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner, while building customer rapport
  • Contributing to the efficiency of the software support department, while also supporting their team members
  • Be a subject matter expert on the SkySlope platform and confidently resolve issues customers are having
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining strong communication with the customer throughout the process
  • Identifying, testing, and escalating websites issues to QA as necessary
  • Using down-time when there are no open or incoming tickets to complete File Recs from the service queue, or completing other tasks assigned by Department Leadership or Management

Our Customer Support Team operates on a 24/7 basis 364 days out of the year, including all major holidays which are paid overtime. Each team member is assigned to a 4×10 schedule (4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift) determined through a seniority-based shift bid process.

Compensation: $21.00-24.00 Per Hour

The Posting Specialist is responsible for accurately applying and balancing customer payments on a daily basis.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Accurately apply customer payments received via mail, bank lockbox, credit cards, and electronic funds transfers to customer accounts based on remittance instructions.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments lacking appropriate application instructions, ensuring all payments are correctly applied.
  • Reconcile payments applied to daily bank deposits, ensure accounts are balanced, and promptly address any discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
