Community & Customer Support Specialist

Compensation: $22 per hour

What you will do:

  • Manage inbound customer support requests via email using Freshdesk, collaborating with other teams as-necessary to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and respond to customer support topics on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and manage, moderate and grow our online communities, such as our Facebook group or Discord community.
  • Promote and amplify user-generated content to foster a sense of belonging and engagement within the community.
  • Enhance internal and external customer support documentation, including FAQs and self-help guides.
  • Monitor and work to improve customer satisfaction metrics across various platforms, including App Stores, online communities, and other sources of online community/customer feedback.

Support Specialist/Member Advocate

As a Support Specialist, you will be among those who are the frontline of our company, interacting directly with our valued Members. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure superb customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a professional and friendly manner. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Member inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Educate patients on NOCD services and the basics of treatments that we offer..
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, policies, and promotions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Assist members in rescheduling services and transferring therapists.
  • Provide assistance to Members with technology questions.
  • Document essential patient demographic, referral information, insurance, and contact information.

Recovery Associate – Remote

Compensation: $18.00/hr base + performance bonus eligible plus wfh equipment.

As a Recovery Associate, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert within our Retention & Collections organization responsible for retaining customers and collecting any outstanding balance. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Answer inbound calls and text messages assisting customers to remain in compliance 

-Contact customers via outbound calls, text messages and/or email to assist with retention and collection efforts

-Follow up on all promise to pays, payment plans and settlements in a timely manner

-Plan, organize and prioritize daily work to meet deadlines 

-Adhere to department guidelines and goals to ensure KPIs are met 

-Special Projects and all other duties as directed by management

Associate Peer Review Operations Specialist

Compensation: $55,000 – $75,000 yearly salary

The Associate Peer Review Operations Specialist/Peer Review Operations Specialist, is a confident and highly organized self-starter, motivated by a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires excellent communication skills, teamwork and collaboration across team with accountability to meet competing deadlines in a dynamic environment. 

Responsibilities

Submission Management

  • Ensure the timely, efficient peer review of all submissions
  • Ensure that queries or concerns escalated by vendors, Customer Care or other PLOS colleagues are addressed and resolved professionally and within required timelines, or escalated appropriately

Workflows

  • Troubleshoot persistent manuscript, workflow or system issues, providing expertise and advice, and exercising judgement to resolve the issue or escalate to the Peer Review Operations Manager or other colleagues as appropriate
  • Proactively raise data-driven recommendations for continuous journal operations and workflow improvements to the Peer Review Operations Manager

Projects:

  • Contribute to workflow project and initiate proposals as requested, and undertake operations projects and initiatives as directed by the Peer Review Operations Manager
  • Serve as daily liaison with vendor representatives, monitoring quality and timeliness performance against target thresholds and KPIs

Virtual Support

Compensation: $20-22 per hour plus benefits and company equipment

Galileo is seeking Hospitalitarians to join our Virtual Support Team as we bring healthcare to those who need it most! We believe that the visit, the consultation, the lab test is only the surface and that the really exciting work is how we make people feel.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Seek to understand the person you are assisting and their unique circumstances. Using this insight, you’ll provide unreasonable hospitality and service.
  • Connect folks with the various Galileo services and teams, including clinical and administrative functions. As needed, this can include completing administrative tasks such as processing insurance authorizations, collecting medical records and more.
  • Build strong connections that mean you notice even the small details and continually brainstorm solutions to improve our processes and each person’s experience.

Virtual Support – Overnight

Compensation: $20-22 per hour plus benefits and company equipment

Galileo is seeking Hospitalitarians to join our Virtual Support Team (overnight) as we bring healthcare to those who need it most! SOC Support Specialist

Compensation: $50,000 to $65,000 base, plus bonus and equity.

Company also provides: One-time $500 reimbursement for work from home office and $75 USD/month digital reimbursement.

This is an entry-level role where you will act as an intermediary between our partners/customers and our Security Operations Center (SOC) team. To facilitate effective service delivery and ensure partner satisfaction, this role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address partner security concerns with timely and informative responses.
  • Ensure partner understanding by breaking down complex SOC concepts and actions into digestible information.
  • Lead calls with partners, facilitating communication and collaboration with the SOC team.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and provide support for other product-related requests as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for partner needs and provide feedback to the relevant internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources.

CrunchTime Administrator

Compensation: $54,830.00 – $88,265.00

The CrunchTime Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of our Crunchtime Information Systems database. CrunchTime! Information Systems is a software application suite that helps control food, beverage, and labor costs.

This position is also responsible for training users on the Crunchtime software products Enterprise Manager and Net Chef. The CrunchTime Administrator serves as the system expert and provides support to users of all levels at the corporate office and at restaurant locations. This position is also accountable for the successful implementation of the application at all restaurant locations and New Store Openings.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Executes Crunchtime data maintenance including, but not limited to: adding new products, adding new recipes, entering and updating new and changed vendor information, managing vendor order guides, setting up new locations, adding, changing or deactivating application users, maintaining and producing reports, including financial, and posting calendars.
  • Ensures that the CrunchTime system remains in sync with other integrated systems (POS, accounting software). Monitors data transfer error remediation to rapidly fix any failed file transfer.
  • Evaluates the new release versions of the software, requests upgrades, and tests all new features for implementation into Product Database.

Executive Assistant

Compensation: $35.10-$52.40 per hour

This role involves direct assistance to up to four executives and operates under the direct supervision of the Office of the CMO. The ideal candidate will offer behind-the-scenes efforts to ensure operational smoothness and efficiency within our teams, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintain calendars and daily schedules, fielding and prioritizing requests
  • Manage all travel and expenses for the assigned executives in a proactive, fiscally alert manner
  • Ensure and maintain the confidentiality of all appropriate communications and document
  • Plan and coordinate small team gatherings and events, enhancing team collaboration and morale
  • Foster relationships with key departments to facilitate seamless team functions
  • Offer backup support to other Executive Assistants when needed for time off or project support
  • Special projects and administrative support as needed

Claims Representative – Remote

Compensation: $17-19/Hour 

The claims representative is responsible for manually reviewing and processing medical, supplemental, or dental claims. Claims are processed according to benefits, eligibility, and internal processes, policies, and procedures and may be completed, held for additional information/review, or denied. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Independently research and navigate various documents and databases to accurately process claims, ensuring compliance and adherence to established guidelines.

·        Confirm the presence of necessary documents within submitted claims.

·        Validate the accuracy of medical codes provided in claim submissions.

·        Assess the eligibility status of claims based on established criteria.

·        Review and verify other insurance coverage information in submitted claim.

·        Evaluate authorizations provided in claim submissions for accuracy.

·        Analyze account benefit plans to ensure claims align with coverage and policies.

·        Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information.
