Admissions Application Reader

Compensation: $19 per hour

The selected candidate will read and evaluate admission essays and resumes related to the Pre-Business application for the Undergraduate Business Program from a remote work environment. Through provided remote training, the selected candidate is expected to develop a thorough understanding of the Pre-Business application and expectations with respect to evaluation and admission decision determinations.

Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of duties involving the review, analysis, assessment, and processing of admissions applications in accordance with University guidelines, policies, and procedures.

  • 90% Conducts comprehensive application review and selection for assigned programs
  • 10% Participate in training sessions, final decision process for selection of Pre-Business admits, and work collaboratively with the Undergraduate Business Admissions team for process improvements.

Remote Data Entry Associate

Compensation: $15.00 HR plus benefits

As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for processing all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client. All these claims need to be digitized in a form provided by the company. Additional responsibilities will be to focus on inputting all details of the claim with high accuracy while meeting the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute stablished by the company. As a member of the team, you should be willing to work your assigned shift. 

What you will be doing:? 

  • Capture and validate more complex data. 
  • Classify images and documents.

Compensation: $13 per hour

Medical Records Coord-2

Compensation: $39,208-52,000

The Medical Record Coordinator is responsible for performing quality checks on automated reports, received scans, and guaranteeing electronic filing for assigned products and the corresponding members. The Medical Record Coordinator collaborates with multiple departments to obtain and confirm necessary documents are in place and properly set-up in the Electronic Medical System (EMS) database.

  • Performs quality checks to maintain the integrity of events and criteria for reporting purposes.
  • Processes members’ electronic documents, proof of data for inaccuracies, and any other missing information.
  • Resolves discrepancies identified using standard procedures and/or returning incomplete documents to their respective departments for correction and resolution.
  • Responds and coordinates field assignments for Interpreters by checking availability and assigning staff as appropriate taking location into consideration.
  • Facilitates manual mailings for other departments.
  • Move existing members, auto-enrollees and dis-enrollments to and from the appropriate line of business lists in the centralized NY State Uniform Assessment System (UAS) for Integrated Products.

Scheduling Coordinator I/Timekeeper

Responsibilities:

1: Maintain automated timekeeping system which involves new hires, transfers, terminations and security issues. A complete understanding of the timekeeping software and the time and attendance policies that apply to staff is required.

2: Provide data entry and verification of employee payroll hours. Identify and resolve incorrect recordings of hours on time sheets. Provide reconciliations of manual forms to computer generated output to assure proper update of all information as needed.

3: Investigate and resolve all inquiries regarding time and attendance to all levels of staff. Knowledge of both manual and automated systems utilized is required.

4: Generate expense reports (as required) on behalf of staff. Ensure proper documentation to support expenses is provided and/or verified.

5: Responsible for staff lodging arrangements, as needed.

Academic Scheduling Coordinator

Under the direction of University Academic Services, University Scheduling Coordinators are primarily responsible for planning, implementing and adjusting student course schedules. University Scheduling Coordinators will prioritize an efficient University schedule and ensure the fulfillment of ECPI University degree requirements and timely graduation of students.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in developing the University schedule for their assigned population within the Department using high-level analytical skills and creative problem solving.
  • Utilizes scheduling software to create the optimal schedule across the University based on course needs by program. Assists in the maintenance, testing, and implementation of enhancements of this software, as needed.
  • Maintains current knowledge of all academic changes to ECPI University degree programs. – Registers active, enrolling and returning students.
  • Provides exceptional customer service while responding to all scheduling inquiries made by university or campus staff.
  • Conducts schedule changes as needed, not limited to but including; part-time requests, course overload requests, registration holds added/removed, administrative course or status changes, changes to course availability, etc.
  • Monitors and adjusts schedules in response to transfer credits awarded or unsuccessful course attempts.
  • Responsible for ensuring course prerequisite and degree program tracking requirements are consistently met.
  • Conduct periodic graduation checks to monitor student progress and course needs are fulfilled.
  • Other duties as assigned in accordance with departmental needs.

Student Records Coordinator – Online

The Student Records Coordinator supports the University Office of the Registrar and serves as the manager of all student academic records at the campus locations.

  • Support and implement the student records management policies for the University Office of the Registrar.
  • Accurately perform academic data entry and verification within the University’s CampusNexus student data management system to include course registration, grading, class rosters, transcript request processing and education verifications.
  • Accurately process all student changes in a timely fashion to maintain data integrity in the student academic record.
  • Provide data to Campus Administration assist in local academic planning, enrollment management and other areas as needed.
  • Monitor students’ academic progress through reporting to verify the accuracy and timeliness of all academic record entry.
  • Work with local academic leadership to ensure graduate students have met program requirements and according to established graduation eligibility, ensuring all graduates are processed expeditiously.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Online – Administrative Assistant

Compensation: $20 – 24/hour 

The Administrative Assistant under the direction of the Campus Director of Academic Affairs (CDAA), compiles and processes general academic reports, sends student/faculty correspondence, and supports departmental needs for recruitment.

Responsibilities  

  • Coordinates faculty recruitment in close collaboration with academic administrators and recruitment team.
  • Compiles and maintains academic reporting, meeting minutes and agendas.
  • Reviews student qualifications for certification, processes vouchers, records test results, and updates the student database.

Seasonal Document Reviewer

Compensation: $18-21 per hour

Cherry Bekaert is gearing up for tax busy season!  We are seeking multiple temporaryremote Tax Documentation Reviewers to support our Validation Center efforts from End of January to April 16, 2025.  Ideal availability is 40 hours per week, working Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.  Some weekend rotational work may be required during peak times, especially close to tax deadlines. Alternate schedules may be considered if most hours of availability overlap with regular workday hours.

  • Utilizing your keen attention to detail to provide quality control by reviewing information that has been scanned from our tax automation software into tax returns to ensure accuracy & completeness
