We are looking for a versatile self-starter who takes pride in the quality and accuracy of their work.  This position will be focused on data entry and configuration as part of our implementation process.  The role will work hand in hand with our Engagement Managers in ensuring successful client implementation and launches.  Must be detail oriented, proficient typing skills and effectively communicate timeline expectations as well as risk mitigation when timelines are in jeopardy. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data entry portion of client implementations. 
• Partner with team members to set proper timeline expectations for data entry.
• Build compliance audits for client implementations.
• Collaborate with customer contacts and RLDatix colleagues to create and maintain project schedules.
• Share knowledge: create knowledgebase articles and contribute to internal wikis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of organizational process assets.
• Basic computer operation knowledge  

Remote Chat Specialist:

Compensation: $18-19 Per hour

The Customer Support/Chat Specialist will provide Brand/Product Customer service to our clientele. In this role employees will be trained to provide expertise to consumers suggesting products to meet consumer needs and supporting loyal patrons throughout the transaction process and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Become a “text expert” via company systems to communicate directly with casual mobile consumers providing knowledgeable, professional customer support driving consumers to the best product option for their needs
• Explain to customers what you do and how you can help them to create a more humanized, personal shopping experience

988 Chat & Text Counselor – Remote:

This role is a fully-remote. Schedule will vary with multiple shifts available. Part time & full time applicants encouraged to apply. The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential.

Chat/Text Counselors will be responsible for utilizing Crisis Chat and Text services to provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources to all help-seekers. The position will be fully remote, with the option to work on-site. A high emphasis is placed on quality assurance for this role.

Primary Duties:

• Offers crisis-counseling services via chat and text
• Completes risk assessment, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with Chat/Text visitors.
• Serves as a mandated reporter in cases of suspected abuse or neglect.
• Is familiar with resources and providing information and referrals to visitors as appropriate.
• Maintains accurate and detailed chat/text reports. Documentation must be completed in real time.

Donor Data Coordinator:

Responsible for receipt, organization, and maintenance of incoming paperwork including donor and recovery information records from Recovery Partners while reviewing for regulatory compliance. Input all donor information contained within the chart into the donor recovery information database before the case is forwarded to the Case Manager. Perform non-clinical review of donor chart including identification of required corrections for discrepancies and/ or omissions that impact donor eligibility.

Review necessary reports while communicating information with Recovery Partners to expedite the release process. Responsible to perform first line review and identification of positive test results. Coordinate and work closely with recovery programs, laboratories, and all relevant MTF departments while working closely with Case Manager through the Donor Eligibility (DE) process by monitoring and expediting pending cases. Maintain donor chart records and required processing record files and archives (electronically and via scanning).
