Customer Care Engineer – Collaborator
You will be working closely with our development teams as part of supporting customers, gaining knowledge of the systems, and increasing your technical skill set. We take our customers’ problems very seriously, and providing quick, friendly help to our users is a top priority throughout the company.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical support issues with external customers (via email, screen share, live chat, Communities, phone, etc.).
- Create, document, and track the progress of new customer issues as they become available.
- Collaborate with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to achieve superior customer service.
- Obtain the necessary knowledge and skills to become progressively proficient with responsible products.
- Be the customer advocate when providing feedback to internal organizations.
- Look for ways to improve the productivity of issue resolution and better ways to help customers.
Compensation: $18 per hour
As a Claims Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering all claims received into our Claims System and ensuring that all corresponding documentation is properly saved to member files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually enter claims on a daily basis.
- Attach the correct supporting documentation to each claim.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of work.
- Learn and effectively use proprietary software programs essential for the job.
- Meet daily production goals and performance objectives.
- Take on additional roles and responsibilities as assigned by the manager in a positive and effective manner.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
The Proofreader position is responsible for reviewing documents for grammar and verbiage corrections. This is a freelance, full-time position working with one of our clients in the Pharma/Medical space, so a knowledge of the medical industry is of high importance.
JOB DUTIES
• *Identify and correct spelling, grammar, and verbiage errors.
• *Detect formatting and compositional errors in documents.
• *Check corrected proofs of documents against mark-up for comparison and quality assurance.
• Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Compensation: $15.00 – $21.50
With moderate supervision, perform a variety of standard bookkeeping and accounting tasks, applying accepted procedures to the preparation and maintenance of accounting and other records.
Record payroll information by posting expenses and cash disbursements to the general ledger for internal and external reporting
Perform allocations of expenses to various cost centers to record for internal and external reporting
Maintain and process automotive registration and licensing for all company-owned vehicles to ensure accurate documentation
Deposit and record in the general ledger miscellaneous cash receipts
Maintain the records for fixed assets including depreciation, purchase and sale of assets
Reconcile assigned bank accounts to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of cash
Maintain adequate funding of company’s bank accounts to ensure funds are available for disbursements
Customer Experience Representative – Interest Opt In
You will guide our customers through our product features and act as their advocate internally to influence our product decisions and roadmap. The Customer Care team is the linchpin of our world-class customer experience. With their passion, insight, and customer advocacy, this team has helped us maintain a high NPS score while serving tens of thousands of businesses
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with small business owners to resolve inquiries via email, chat, and live phone shifts.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/features and be able to consistently communicate these updates to customers in a way that ensures an exceptional customer experience.
- Expand your critical thinking skills and knowledge in order to answer progressively more challenging/complex customer inquiries.
- Work in close collaboration with other advocates as well as collaborate across the company in order to influence product development.
- Deliver exemplary customer service using a “search first” mentality.
Career Services – Records Analyst
The Career Records Analyst is responsible for supporting the Career Services department in the accurate creation and maintenance of alumni records and supports the creation and location of departmental resources. This role provides support to the Career Services team by acting as a liaison between students, alumni and their resources.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the distribution and collection of the Alumni File Information Form for all prospective graduates.
- Ensure the creation of accurate alumni records based on this form and perform weekly reconciliations to maintain accuracy in compliance with external reporting standards.
- Serve as a liaison between students, alumni, and career readiness resources.
- Provide precise documentation of signed releases for employment verification purposes as required by programmatic accreditors.
- Assist the department with tasks necessary to ensure accurate metrics, documentation, and support for students and graduates.
- Contribute to the development of new career readiness content and promote this content through various channels, including social media, YouTube, and LibGuide.
- Complete a minimum of two professional development trainings annually and present findings to the career services team.
Medical Records Specialist – Remote
Compensation: $15.00 – $18.00
This is an entry level position responsible for processing all release of information (ROI), specifically medical record requests, in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service.
Associate must at all times safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.
What You Will Do…
- Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with Company and Facility policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information.
- Maintain working knowledge of Company and facility software.
- Adhere to the Company’s and Customer facilities Code of Conduct and policies.
- Inform manager of work, site difficulties, and/or fluctuating volumes.
- Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.
- Consistent application of medical privacy regulations to guard against unauthorized disclosure.
- Responsible for managing patient health records.
- Responsible for safeguarding patient records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
