Document Control Coordinator

HomeSafe Alliance is seeking highly skilled and motivated Document Control Coordinator to ensure that organizational documents are prepared, maintained, distributed, updated, and stored according to HomeSafe’s document management standards.

Position Description/Job Responsibilities 

Interface on a routine basis with a variety of stakeholders providing support/responding to questions. Accountable for the implementation of existing document control specifications. Assist all departments with digitally maintaining files. Support information management work processes.

Use of judgement and initiative within guidelines of well-defined scope. Support shipment approval process, weight discrepancies/escalations, and documentation for service providers.

This position is fully remote / work from home. HomeSafe will supply appropriate equipment, employee provided high speed internet is required. 

Recruiting Specialist (Temporary, Remote)

Compensation:  $24.00 – $28.00 per hour

In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting (end to end recruitment) of US-based and global corporate staff. You will manage the recruitment process. In addition, you will assist the human resources department in performance management, onboarding/off-boarding, payroll, and orientation.

This position is a part-time (20-30 hours per week) temporary remote role which runs from January 2025 through April 2025.

Primary duties include:

  • Provide assistance to human resources team in various tasks such as assisting with employee review periods, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and employee communications.
  • Review job details and prepare postings in coordination with hiring manager to determine recruitment strategy including pre-screening questions, and where advertising would occur to provide diverse applicant pool.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networking, and online tools.
  • Provide initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews where applicable.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
  • Develop pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions as well as hard to fill locations.
  • Provide consultation and training to hiring managers in regard to recruitment and selection processes as well as interviewing.
  • Act as a back-up for proposal recruiting.

Customer Support Specialist – Remote

Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 yearly

The Customer Support team delivers a human and consultative experience through creative, technical problem-solving, and a thorough knowledge of how the HubSpot software works.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with our customers and effectively resolve issues through chat, email, and phone. We use our own tools for troubleshooting and communicating with the customer
  • Build your resilience, composure, and flexibility as customer needs evolve and ticket volume changes
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of HubSpot to diagnose software issues, engaging with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to solve more complex product issues
  • Maintain ownership of cases from initial contact through resolution
  • Identify opportunities for existing customers to upgrade their tools
  • Discover, report, and monitor bugs and issues
  • Find yourself immersed in a growth culture that includes programmatic training and ongoing, on-the-job learning
  • Work weekday shifts. Hours depending on location. There will be at least 6 weekend shifts per year in addition to your weekday shifts. Overtime and holiday shifts are optional

Administrative Assistant

Compensation: $61,300—$82,000 USD

This role will be instrumental in planning team events and offsites, while also anticipating needs and proactively addressing challenges. By enabling the team to focus on strategic initiatives, the Administrative Assistant will contribute directly to the success and growth of the Servicing organization.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Calendar and Meeting Management: Seamlessly coordinate and manage dynamic schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring all meetings and appointments align with priorities.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries, accommodating frequent time zone changes while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Expense Management: Handle timely and accurate expense reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Onsite Planning and Support: Collaborate closely with the other leads on the team  to plan and execute quarterly onsites and team events, including logistics and agendas.
  • Task Ownership: Proactively anticipate the lead’s needs, managing tasks with minimal guidance and integrating fully into the team’s operations.
  • Team Support: Provide ad hoc administrative support to the broader team, including project coordination and team communications.

Identity Theft Specialist

Compensation: $45,400—$60,500 USD

As the Identity Theft Specialist at Upstart, you will communicate directly with claimants, gather and review claim documents and loan application information, and work cross functionally with servicing and legal/compliance to investigate and process identity theft claims.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Communicate with claimants via phone, email, and mail regarding new and ongoing identity theft claims
  • Compile and process documents and review loan application details to support claim investigations 
  • Complete thorough investigation of identity theft claims and document findings and conclusions 
  • Work cross functionally with servicing and legal/compliance to process identity theft claims and work to improve and scale the program

Yardi Matrix

Compensation – Surveyors will be paid $6 per hour and a piece rate of $.50 for surveys marked Done, $.30 for surveys marked Wrong Number, $.20 for surveys marked Part-Done, and $.07 for surveys marked Answering Machine or No Answer. You will receive at least minimum wage in your jurisdiction for all hours worked; however, you can earn more depending on your speed and efficiency.

This company is back hiring for the Winter 2025 season. You can have background noise as you make calls to see if companies are renting out their vacancies. Best yet, you do not have to leave your home like Ellis Apartment Mystery Shopper!

Surveys are Conducted as a Renter – Surveys must be conducted as a potential renter to ensure accuracy of information. This requires that you be willing to play the role of a renter.

Survey Timing – Survey team members must have a minimum of 38 completed done surveys the first week and 100 completed done surveys each week thereafter, with calls made between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM within surveyed time zones. *A completed done survey is one that has been marked Done, meaning no further calls are needed; surveys marked Part Done, Answering Machine, No Answer or Wrong Number do not count towards fulfilling these requirements.

Employment Status – If invited to the Winter 2025 survey, you would be an employee of Partners Personnel on a temporary assignment with YARDI MATRIX.
