Cash Application Specialist:

The Cash Application Specialist is responsible for a variety of areas within the accounting and finance team as it relates to cash application in a multinational company. The position will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with other teams to complete their daily tasks and responsibilities.

• Responsible for receiving, processing, and reconciling cash receipts daily, in multiple currencies across several different legal entities and bank accounts
• Reconcile accounts receivable monthly for multiple legal entities
• Sort out individual customer ACH and other electronic payments received globally
• Process lockbox batches and physical checks received and resolve for returned checks
• Upload and apply credit card payment files
• Research unidentified/unapplied cash receipts in accounts receivable

Paralegal & Legal Operations Associate:

Compensation: $61,000-$76,000/year

Job responsibilities:

• Corporate Governance: review, organize and maintain corporate records, board meeting materials, board and shareholder actions and third-party agreements. 
• Legal Technology: oversee relationships with legal technology vendors including contract management and legal matter intake, equity management and board management vendors.  Select and implement other legal technology providers.
• Legal Team Budget: understand and help manage the budget for the legal department.   
• Commercial Contracts: prepare and maintain form legal documents and prepare drafts for attorney review.  Assist attorneys with drafting, negotiating and executing commercial contracts including services agreements (including SaaS), SOWs, Order Forms, consulting agreements and influencer agreements.  
• Assist with projects related to subsidiaries (GoHenry & PixPay), compliance, marketing, corporate finance, technology, IP and other legal matters.
• Develop and improve processes and playbooks related to the above and to help make the Legal Department more effective and efficient.

Claims Processing Representative (Remote):

Compensation: $15 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update client systems with litigation information.
• Collaborate with attorneys to request and acquire missing litigation information required to complete the module.
• Review and maintain accuracy of data in the client’s system as per instructions.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties as directed by management.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to completing assigned tasks with precision.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

General Clerk III provides comprehensive administrative support by performing a variety of tasks such as data entry, document processing, scheduling, and record keeping. Assists in coordinating and organizing office operations, maintains accurate records, and ensures efficient workflow. Handles inquiries, communicates effectively, and demonstrates attention to detail in all assigned duties.

Transcriptionist- Freelance:

Responsibilities:

• Create publication-quality transcripts of high speed, multi-speaker events involving specialized terminology in a paired team environment.
• Proof and/or edit own transcriptions
• Collaborate with peers and Team Leaders to continuously improve the transcription workflow process

Group Administration Clerk:

Typical Assignments:

• Verifies, enters, corrects group, member, and agent information into relevant applications, including adds, terminations, updates, member merges, new clients, new plans, agency mergers, agent of record changes, contract changes, renewals, and history
• Composes, prepares, and modifies group and agent documents
• Enters manual eligibility records into the system to process, update, and correct file information
• Retrieves and reconciles information in files when rejected by the system
• Researches and determines whether inaccurate data should be updated, routed or adjudicated for claims processing
• Corrects and updates information entered through the optical scanning or data entry process

Compensation: : $35,800 – $43,000 USD & $100 monthly stipend

• Respond to customer-submitted live chats and email in a timely manner
• Queue-based, typing work will account for approximately 90% of the role.
• Live Chat is our primary channel of support in this role.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues with their Account, Billing, or other transactional inquiries
• Independently meet targets across Quality, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction, in email and live chat.
• Stay up to date on new product features and improvements
• Identify isolated customer experiences and escalate important issues.
