Job Overview:

This position obtains appropriate information from various resources, such as internal/external references and professional input to triage Part C appeals

Essential job Duties:

• Reviews case file documentation to determine file completeness and accuracy of data entry items
• Performs preliminary review of appeals to confirm appeal and party validity
• Requests additional information from Medicare Health Plans as appropriate
• Accurately updates the QICtrk system and/or MAS, and reviews data from other databases including ELMO.
• Assists other team members in maintaining, collecting sensitive case documents.
• Escalates potential Privacy issues to the appropriate department
• Follows policies and procedures without deviation
• Works schedule as established by supervisor to accommodate business hours

Data Management Specialist – Remote

Pay Range: $33500.00 – $58700.00 Annually ($16.11 – $28.22 Hourly)

Provide a high-level administrative support to the organization through timely and accurate set up and ongoing maintenance of the product and supplier data records in UNFI’s business systems. Responsibilities:

Data and Reporting Specialist:

Compensation: USD 22.00 – 27.00 Salary

Responsibilities:

-Input event data into spreadsheets and various reporting software.
-Review data entered by team members to ensure accuracy and completion.
-Run data reports and ensure the funder database is appropriately updated.
-Ensure that data is completed and entered in a timely manner and in compliance with deadlines established by funding requirements. and prepare monthly reports.
-Provide data and reporting support for overflow cases that need to be added to various databases monthly.
-Maintain confidentiality pursuant to legal ethics rules.

Data Entry Associate:

The hourly rate of pay for this role is between $16.00-$16.50.

Responsibilities:

• Gathers, organizes and prepares source documents for data entry into the appropriate system database.
• Reviews data for discrepancies, missing pages or information and resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
• Enters both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the proper system database.
• Reviews data entered against the original source documents for accuracy and corrects any data entry errors or duplications.
• Follows data program security practices and procedures at all times.
• Routinely secures information by completing database backup daily.
• Performs other varies clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing and proofreading as required.
• Maintains confidentiality of all personal and financial information at all times and in accordance with HIPPA regulations.

Revenue Recovery Associate, Remote:

The estimated base pay for this position is $18.40 to $27.58.

Job Summary:

Enters patient/client billing into the provided software. Works on routine assignments within defined parameters, established guidelines and precedents. Follows established procedures and receives daily instructions on work.

Essential Functions:

-Provides effective communication amongst all team members regarding claim creation errors. Applies developing/basic working knowledge and experience to the job.
-Verifies accuracy of data, compiles data and translates information into multiple formats.
-Ensures accurate submission of client claims.
-Reviews daily collections and monthly reporting, as well as recommendations for billing audits.
