Data Entry Specialist – Remote

Compensation: $14.00 to $19.00 per hour

The Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel facilitate the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. As a Data Entry Specialist you will review and confirm work entered into our systems, solve issues, and escalate as needed. This position is full-time, remote located in the United States. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned

Data Entry-Audit Intake Specialist

Compensation: $14.00 To $16.00 Hourly

Our Data Entry-Audit Intake Specialist role involves entering data from various sources into the company computer system for processing and management. A candidate working as a Data Entry-Audit Intake Specialist must be able to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential.

Entry level job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
  • Manipulating and deduplicating Excel lists.
  • Identifying client and patient matches within our computer system.
  • Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
  • Reports directly to Audit Intake Supervisor
  • Completes Data Entry of all requests
  • Records any relevant notes on specific requests for further/proper handling throughout the request life cycle
  • Identify and accurately classify each request
  • Uphold HealthMark Group’s values by following our C.R.A.F.T.
  • Work quickly to meet the high-volume demand

Concierge Specialist

Compensation: $50,000 to $65,000 yearly

What You’ll Do

  • In this Temporary Concierge Specialist role, you will be an integral part of the Customer Support team. This is an anticipated 12-month contract opportunity with potential for extension pending the needs of the business. You will be focused on the following:
  • Working with enterprise partners during the remote online notary (RON) closing process to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a deep knowledge of Lender and Title workflows, efficiently supporting key enterprise partners, and ensuring best practices are upheld across customer, notary, and signer interactions.
  • You will be the point of contact for enterprise customers, title partners, notaries, and signers during the closing process.
  • You will collaborate with our title partners to prepare for the closing to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Training, Account Management, and Customer Success to proactively address issues, enhance the Stavvy platform experience, and ultimately support our company’s goals of high satisfaction and seamless transactions.
  • This person will be working Central, Mountain, or Pacific time

Eligibility Consultant

Compensation: $17.00 – $34.15 per hour

The Associate Eligibility Consultant is responsible to research and validate enrollment information, process enrollment transactions, make outbound calls to enrollees and members to obtain required enrollment information, handle member inquires and participate in enrollment projects. The Associate Eligibility Consultant will support training initiatives and work to resolve member inquires or concerns. Required Qualifications

•Meet Monthly Metrics at a team level: Critical quality 98.5%; weighted production 10 per hour

•Personal errors from the OMT, avoidable rejections, and found errors will be monitored by your supervisor. Consistent repetitive errors in these categories can lead to corrective action if no improvement is made.

•Participate in cross training on various products and platforms to ensure Enrollment metrics are met

•Meet Departmental attendance expectations of 5 occurrences or less

•Own development plan throughout the year and complete scheduled activities and/or trainings

•Follow established processes and workflows for each department task •Complete required mandatory trainings by required timeframes

Quality Reviewer

Compensation: $43,888.00 – $102,081.60

Position Summary

  • Assess the thoroughness and accuracy of investigations aimed at preventing payment of fraudulent claims by insured individuals, providers, claimants, etc.
  • Analyze and prepare cases for clinical and legal review, ensuring all documentation meets required standards.
  • Document all relevant case activity in the case tracking system.
  • Evaluate and present referrals, both internal and external, within the required timeframe.
  • Support the recovery of company funds lost due to fraud by providing insights and recommendations based on case reviews.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify resources and the best course of action for ongoing investigations.
  • Work with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance and support the prosecution of healthcare fraud and abuse matters.
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and expertise during interactions and provide confident testimony during civil and criminal proceedings.
  • Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders regarding healthcare fraud matters and the organization’s approach to combating fraud.
  • Provide input on controls for monitoring fraud-related issues within business units.
  • Exercise independent judgment and utilize available resources and technology to develop evidence supporting allegations of fraud and abuse.
  • Utilize company systems to obtain necessary electronic documentation.

Background Screening Researcher

This role involves managing background report orders, conducting a variety of background checks, verifying candidate information, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in final reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, professional communication abilities, and experience with data entry and computer applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming background report orders and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Process and review background search results, including criminal, driver, substance abuse, and verifications.
  • Conduct criminal background checks using various systems, public access interfaces, and vendor resources.
  • Contact employers, personal and professional references, and educational institutions to verify candidate-provided information.
  • Perform data entry to document search results accurately.
  • Conduct additional non-criminal and non-verification background screening searches as needed.
  • Review background report components for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before finalizing reports.

Community Moderator

Duties:

Own moderation and monitoring on the community across the whole experience. Day to day management and monitoring to identify trends, issues and opportunities. Actively reply to customers to assist with their support request on the Online Forum. Share feedback on reoccurring issues with appropriate teams.

Manage escalations from frontline moderators. Monitor community responses for quality assurance. Select the Community threads that will be sent to all Client engineers and product managers, in order to bring the voice of the customer to product decision makers. Support large product launches on the Community.
