Fulfillment & Support Specialist

Compensation: $25 per hour

As the Fulfillment & Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, resolving order issues, and supporting bulk fulfillment tasks with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities of the Fulfillment & Support Specialist Include:

  • Process email orders and fulfill customer requests, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Manage and resolve broken code tickets, including code replacements or fixes.
  • Assist with bulk order fulfillment, including code creation and backlog resolution.
  • Monitor and address the purchase inbox backlog, handling order placement, customer inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve special access or order issues and support ad hoc publishing tasks as needed.

Seasonal Church Solutions Specialist

As a?Church Solutions Specialist for Camps you will: 

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with church customers and assist with summer camp registrations via phone, email, and chat
  • Educate customers on Lifeway’s various camps, locations and dates
  • Provide customers with pricing, scheduling, and other applicable camp preparation information
  • Promote and recommend additional or other resources, events and services based on the customer’s specific needs
  • Investigate, analyze and resolve customer inquiries related to camps; issue credits according to established guidelines
  • Follow-up with customers regarding waiting lists, deposits and balances due for camp
  • Stay up to date on changes to camps, such as location changes, church issues, etc. by using provided resources
  • Demonstrate a servant’s heart and a passion to serve others, Christ, and the Church 

Billing Specialist 

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our billing team.

Hours: 20-25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly billing of accounts.
  • Balancing statements.
  • Auditing of clinical accounts.
  • Updating and monitoring payment methods.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.

Document Control Specialist

Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 USD

Strive Pharmacy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to manage and maintain our documentation systems and processes. This individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records, and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Document Management:
    • Create, review, revise, and archive pharmacy-related documents, including policies, procedures, manuals, training materials, and regulatory records.
    • Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible as needed.
  2. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
    • Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, including FDA, DEA, and Board of Pharmacy standards.
    • Regularly audit documentation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  3. Version Control:
    • Manage document versioning to ensure only the most current versions are utilized.
    • Track changes and maintain a detailed revision history.
  4. Access and Security:
    • Implement and manage permissions for accessing sensitive documents.

Transfer Support Administrator III

We are actively seeking to fill the role of Transfer Support Administrator III. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with clients, both internal and external, eager to learn and maximize results, is detail oriented and driven to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports loan boarding and de-boarding processes within Transfer Services
• Facilitate ordering, mailing and quality assurance reviews of all RESPA or Transfer related letters required as part of the loan boarding and off boarding processes
• Facilitate Wire transfers as requested for loan boarding or off boarding; including reconciliation and research out of balance issues as needed
• Update policies and procedures for all areas of responsibility, including ensuring timely updates are completed as directed by management
• Primary point of contact for QA, QC, audit, and exam requests. Ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Identify process improvement opportunities as a result of findings from review, audits, exams and propose possible solutions to management
• Support implementing changes needed as the result of Compliance, Regulatory or Legal Changes
• Facilitate content changes to RESPA or Transfer letter templates as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Lien Release Processor I

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews on lien releases completed by LoanCare’s outsource vendor
• Resubmit received release rejections within required timeframe
• Notarize lien releases for paid-in-full loans
• Type between 30-40 lien releases per day and generate checks for each release
• Access jurisdiction websites to complete required data entry of coversheets to submit with lien releases and checks for recordation
• Conduct research through recording jurisdictions and third-party vendors to locate title searches and retrieve recorded satisfactions, mortgages, assignments, and POAs.
• Complete all research necessary to close tasks for lien release requests
• Research various county websites for missing documentation
• Prepare lien releases for all paid-in-full loans prior to their compliance dates, processing average of 75 files daily with a 97-100 percent degree of accuracy
• Request recording checks
• Research recording fees

Customer Service Associate, Remote

As a Customer Service Associate at Zoro, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by promptly and accurately resolving their inquiries or issues. Your primary objective will be to deepen the relationship with Zoro customers and drive loyalty and sales by providing a seamless and satisfactory customer experience through efficient communication and problem-solving skills. 

Duties and Responsibilities : 

  • Work in a fast-paced multi-channel environment ( including but not limited to e-mails, phone calls), following an assigned work schedule based on business needs.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and managing account information.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions by utilizing multiple resources in order to provide the correct information. 
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Email Response Goals: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals for responding to customer emails within the designated time frame, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate information exchange and timely follow-up.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards and service level agreements.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and feedback, in the appropriate system/tools.

Administrative Assistant

Compensation: $40,000 to $54,000

About the Role: 

  • You’ll be managing schedules for senior leadership, coordinating meetings
  • You’ll be coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with event planning
  • You’ll be processing expense reports
