Compensation: $57,000–$75,000
We’re looking for a Chargeback & Recovery Specialist to manage and optimize our chargeback and collections processes. You’ll handle cardholder disputes, work with merchants, and ensure compliance with Visa and regulatory guidelines. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Chargeback Management
- Review and process chargeback disputes, ensuring compliance with Visa regulations (e.g., Visa Resolve Online).
- Investigate disputed transactions, gather supporting documentation, and file disputes on behalf of cardholders.
- Track and manage disputes from initiation to resolution, providing timely updates.
- Identify chargeback trends and recommend strategies to reduce disputes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., Reg E, Reg Z).
- Provide reports and insights to improve internal risk management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve as first point of contact (via phone, e-mail, and web-based support portal) for Accruent’s customers regarding software and technical issues

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, and phone to resolve product-related issues.
- Provide timely and effective technical support, troubleshooting problems, and guiding users through solutions.

The Order Management Specialist owns the process for validating and activating all accepted quotes within 24 hours in accordance with our worldwide Revenue Operations policies and all Docusign compliance policies.
In addition to the standard Sales Support responsibilities, the Order Management Specialist will be responsible for identifying problem areas and providing recommendations, handling all provisioning for closed Sales Orders, monitoring reports, internal customer issue resolution and training for new employees.

- Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to Docusign sales order acceptance policies

§ Interface with vendor representatives and/or vendor configurators to achieve 100% accurate duplication of order specifications per ATP specifications.
§ Proofs work and performs initial quality control review of vendor quotes to submission for Revenue Validation; e.g., verifies all product items are properly counted and included, part numbers match, Mfg Retail and Dealer Discounts match, etc.
§ Coordinates with Assistive Technology Professional and Customer Care Coordinators to ensure timely follow-up to ensure clients’ needs are met.

The CX Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing all customer support channels, ensuring timely, empathetic, and high-quality responses to customer inquiries. This role involves managing customer service teams, analyzing customer feedback, optimizing support processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive improvements in the customer experience.
