Clinical Data Coordinator I:

The Clinical Data Coordinator is responsible for clinical data entry activities for the Caris Medical Affairs protocols and projects at the Caris Precision Oncology Alliance sites. The position will ensure the highest standards for clinical data integrity and quality are maintained in alignment with critical research efforts aimed to improve the treatment, health and medical outcomes for oncology patients. Responsible for the collection and review of clinical protocol research data; Interpretation of data (including appropriate source documentation) for entry into computerized databases; Good understanding of data definitions and case report forms and other information related to data collection for clinical research. Must respond to queries in a timely fashion. Schedule on-site visits to perform data review and EDC data entry.

Data Entry/Research Assistant-(Seasonal/ PT-FT flexible):

Pay Scale: 18.00-24.00 per hour. Duties: Utilize automated tools to facilitate targeting, sourcing, and business development capabilities for the Bainbridge team. Develop internal technological infrastructure to improve outreach capability, accuracy, effectiveness with the goal of scaling up Bainbridge’s targeting capabilities.

Play a pivotal role in the data targeting and sourcing team at Bainbridge, advancing the technological capability to download and manage data. Collaborate with Business development team, working on daily/weekly initiatives, troubleshooting and resolving any data/information issues.

Human Resources Assistant:

Duties:

  • Prepare plan sponsor and participant fee disclosures
  • Update internal fee tracking system based on supporting documentation

  • Work requests from a Team queue
  • Assist with Team’s quality control

Claims Associate (Contract):

As a claims contractor, you will be responsible for end to end processing of auto claims in timely and efficient manner. You will handle claims where Kyte is trying to recover from customers or insurance carrier for damage to Kyte vehicles. You will be responsible to review and validate claim details, request and review repair estimates and/or invoices, attempt direct recovery from Kyte’s customers, work with Kyte’s TPA vendors for subrogation and review claims for closure with proper financials.

  • Provides administrative support to the Recruiting department; assists Colleague Resources staff with recruiting activities, software, and general information.

  • Maintains internal candidate application process through initiation of automated correspondence from recruiting system; processes on-line supervisory approval for internal candidate selections.
