
HR Data Processor II – Work From Home:
Pay Range: $25.35 – $36.76 / hour
Reviews, audits, and processes incoming employee data changes via HRIS (Human Resources Information System); the type of data changes vary, are time sensitive and often include several tasks to complete the business process. Reviews union seniority date, salary review date and step during task review to make sure they are correct, updates as needed per union contract. Processes union clinical ladder changes and certification job changes. Research and resolve service requests relating to employee data inquires or corrections. Processes cash and non-cash awards, and primary source verifications and certifications.
This is a limited term role for 39 weeks. This role has a work from home opportunity and candidate must live in one of the following Sutter approves states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah
Oversees and manages project documentation and coordinates documentation revisions and distributions.
Prepares standard project status reports for project delivery team or work group, client and management. Reports typically include: status update, budget, schedule and risk. Coordinates and schedules meeting and communication plan(s) regarding projects among team and/or client.
Enters project information data (i.e. project status updates, schedule updates, cash flow forecasts) and project documentation into project management technology tools (software applications, web-based tools, job cost accounting tools).

- Facilitating across all departments to guarantee deadlines are met
- Analyzing analytic and list acquisition data for new prospecting opportunities
- Attending important client meetings

Data Entry Clerk / Entry level (Remote):
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our organization’s data, supporting various departments in their data-driven initiatives. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
-Accurately input and update data into our database systems, following established guidelines and procedures.

Release of Information Specialist – Remote – Nationwide:
Has some phone duties.
Salary range for this role is $14.67 – $17.97 per hour.
The Opportunity:
-Within company policy, State and Federal guidelines, processes billing record requests, subpoenas, court orders and other requests for information received in the department via U.S. mail and electronic database.
-Accesses electronic patient record and/or other computer systems for patient information needed to fulfill requests for records.
-Reviews HIPAA authorizations and confirms that entity has submitted a valid request.
-Responds to all requests within established timeframes, maintaining expert attention to detail, within established productivity guidelines.
-Reviews PHI in patient health record to determine the scope of information required to fulfill a request for billing records.
-Assesses the legitimacy of each request to determine if the requested information can be released. Checks for properly executed authorization to release medical information.
Associate Sourcing Executive, Provista:
Estimated Hiring Range: $59,600.00 – $86,450.00
In this role, you will become part of the Custom Contracting team supporting multiple members; dedicated to delivering best in class contracting strategies for non-acute healthcare, hospitality and corporate members that result in supply chain cost reductions. You will accomplish this by contributing to the strategic sourcing processes through managing the portfolio administrative functions including contract management, maintenance, and communication.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the custom contracting portfolio records including revenue tracking, contract lists, and multiple reports.
Identify contract portfolio expirations and coordinate with sourcing executives to determine contract renewal disposition.
Ensure contracting compliance by obtaining appropriate documentation from suppliers/vendors.
Complete requests for set-up of supplier/vendor data.
Analyze and audit contract related data, products, and pricing.
Respond to and bring resolution to pricing, process, and contract related inquiries.
Support the sourcing executives by providing responses to member and supplier inquiries.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
No previous experience required.
Knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, and Outlook preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
