Renewals Agent:

Compensation: $15.00/hour.

As a Renewals Agent, you will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team. The team’s primary responsibility is to guide small business applications for health, dental, and vision insurance through the approval process with our insurance carrier partners. As a member of the Revenue Operations team, your main tasks will involve reviewing, preparing, and submitting customer applications to insurance carriers for approval.

What you’ll do:

  • You will be responsible for reviewing and compiling necessary information, ensuring application packet completeness and accuracy, verifying proper formatting, and submitting the application using the carrier-specified channel. 
  • Conduct administrative tasks that support the submissions process. 
  • This role requires productive collaboration with other members of the team to quickly triage and resolve issues.
  • As a submissions expert, you will also be expected to identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and identify opportunities for gaining efficiencies with our carrier processes. 
  • You’ll have unique insight and access into submissions issues and you’ll be empowered through data to propose process improvements or product enhancements to improve the customer enrollment experience.
  • As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for growing the company’s revenue from new business as well as increasing the number of small business groups and employees purchasing insurance through SimplyInsured.

VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – CONTRACT/REMOTE:

In this role, you’ll work with our Clients to serve as both an Account Manager and an Executive Assistant. You’ll make sure that everything is as productive as possible and that Clients are satisfied with their services. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with VaVa Core Team members and other contractors while maintaining a positive and professional attitude; fostering teamwork.
  • Meet VaVa Virtual and Client expectations at all times and during all projects.

Client? ?Satisfaction? ?Ownership

  • Take ownership to make sure each Client is satisfied and has their needs met and tasks completed.
  • Cast vision for what the Client / Virtual Assistant relationship could be long-term (additional responsibilities the VA could take, additional projects the VA could serve on, assessing the current scope and future opportunities for growth).
  • Awareness of engagement hours in the weekly report and suitability based on workload and responsibility. Awareness of opportunity or need to adjust contract size.

Operational? ?Responsibilities

  • Administrate and implement assigned tasks from Clients in your virtual environment, utilizing your skills and embracing your resourceful skill set while potentially collaborating with other VaVa contractors or Core Team members to complete them.
  • Discrepancies reviewed as needed. Escalations or discrepancies reported to the Project Manager.
  • Provide insight into and recommendations for changes in the internal VA and Client satisfaction process as the business grows and needs change.

Demonstrated Experience In

  • Providing consistent, grammatically correct, and timely communication to the Client.

  • Creating documents as the Client requests.

  • Using stellar grammar and organization in emails, documents, etc. (all written communication).
  • Learning Client’s preferences and providing them with work catered to their preferences.

Document Processing Agent:

Position Summary   The Document Processing Agent will enter data from various data points from the necessary documents into the TriumphPay solution for real-time assignment or release of factoring companies. This person will be responsible for processing documents from two queues in the order they were received based on internal procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Verifies data and makes corrections where necessary.
  • Demonstrates the ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions.
  • Enters data points from documents in the TriumphPay solution.
  • Compares the document to what has been entered for accuracy.
  • Reviews and ensures the proper documentation is categorized correctly in database.
  • Analyzes information to identify document types of Notice of Assignments and Letters of Release.
  • Effectively communicates with team members and management.
  • At minimum, assigns 150 documents per hour.
  • Identifies errors, makes the necessary corrections, and escalates to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintains confidentiality of information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
