Do you have a creative mind as well as a deep understanding of online communities and social media? ModSquad is seeking a Social Media Engagement Moderator with experience and passion for gaming communities to join our team.

ModSquad’s Mods assigned to this project will be providing social media engagement on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as on the game’s dedicated Discord server. As an engagement moderator you will interact with the community utilizing your excellent writing skills. We’re looking for those with professional engagement experience and a love for gaming, with an understanding of gaming communities/lingo. This project will be fluid with a lot of real-time updates.

Entry-Level Hybrid Operations Representative:
The starting salary for this position is $40,000.

We are seeking an entry-level Hybrid Operations Representative to join Gaggle’s Operations Team in reviewing and analyzing online activity of K-12 students. This is a unique opportunity that offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of millions of students across the country.

This position requires focus and dedication to make quick and accurate decisions on repetitive work and the team is credited with uncovering drug abuse, bullying, threats of violence, suicide attempts, self-harm situations, and domestic abuse.

What you will be doing:

Reviewing and analyzing student activity to identify potentially inappropriate content within school communication systems
Working independently to determine if an incident poses a threat to a student’s well-being and taking action to notify the designated contacts at the school to ensure that student’s safety
Fielding phone calls and emails from customers about student incidents in a responsive, resourceful, and professional manner
Investigating and troubleshooting customer inquiries
Recording and maintaining concise notes regarding each incident in Salesforce CRM
Staying abreast of potentially troublesome incidents, trends, and national issues that may negatively impact students, and advising colleagues of findings

Community Manager

Compensation: $70-85k range DOE.

The Community Manager moderates an online community for an initiative called #OpenChange. The community consists of changemakers who learn from each other and collaborate on advancing social good in the world.

This community is currently hosted on Slack, but the platform could change as this project evolves. The Community Manager provides individuals facilitating channels in the community with engagement and technical know-how to foster greater collaboration and knowledge sharing on topics ranging from early childhood development to knowledge management in the social sector to greater data transparency in philanthropy.

The Community Manager sets the tone of the #OpenChange community by onboarding new members, moderating discussions in public channels, and researching and publishing content relevant to the social sector. The Community Manager continually seeks new ways to deepen engagement in public and private channels across #OpenChange.

Responsibilities:

-Partner with the #OpenChange planning committee on a strategy refresh for the community.
-Research and write channel posts on topics relevant to the social sector, e.g., news and announcements on issues such as racial equity, health equity, technology for good, employment equity, food insecurity, knowledge sharing, and more.
-Provide channel facilitators with guidance and best practices on online engagement, as well as monthly analytics to support engagement strategies.
-Provide material support to subject area working groups, discussion spaces and other member-led network spaces.
-Strategize to create additional open channels that support collaboration and conversation on various social good topics.

Digital Community Manager:

As a Digital Community Manager, you will be laser-focused on managing and expanding the impact and engagement of Varicent customers through an online community.

This role will be key in helping our organization scale, making our customers wildly successful, and further differentiating us as a Customer First organization. You will also have growth opportunities as we have a culture that supports your personal and professional development.

What you will do :
-Partner with the Customer Success Enablement team to define and deliver the overall Community strategy for Varicent, including community vision, global expansion, engagement, and strategy.
-Collaborate with internal teams (Products, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, technology, EMPO, Finance, Legal) to develop a programmatic approach to drive and support the overall online experience for our customers.
-Be a thought leader and vocal advocate for the needs of online assets, including documentation and the customer community.
-Partner with senior stakeholders to advocate for and drive overall content strategy, focused on user issues and product roadmap.
-Analyze our online assets as a customer engagement tool and show value in the investment as we grow and improve the relevance of the information and interactions.
-Manage content through the entire cycle, from brief to scheduling to publishing.
-Monitor and foster positive community activity, proactively keeping a pulse on overall interests and sentiment.
-Be the voice of the community and help them think about things from a social-first perspective.
-This role will require the ability to collect, translate, and respond to data from the community on participation, registration, activity trends, and what is impacting each.

EMR Medical Records Clerk – Remote:

Job Description:

-Basic or advanced knowledge of the EPIC electronic medical record system or other EMR’s.

-Basic or advanced knowledge of medical data reporting systems

-3+ years in a healthcare operations area with exposure to medical terminology.

-Identifying and documenting the medical necessity of treatment plans and reviewing the appropriateness of treatment methods used

-Reviewing clinical records and assessments to ensure they meet regulatory requirements

-Interpreting clinical data in terms of medical terminology and diagnoses

-Evaluating the appropriateness of recommended treatments based on standards of care within the medical community

-Providing feedback to physicians, nurses, and other medical staff regarding treatment plans or patient outcomes

CA RESIDENTS ONLY:

Student Assistant, California Education Learning Lab:

Compensation: $16 – $17 per hour

Learning Lab is an initiative of the California Governor’s Office of Planning and Research and is administered in partnership with the Foundation for California Community Colleges.

Under the direction of a Learning Lab Program Manager or Program Development Officer, the Student Assistant will help to track Learning Lab’s portfolio of funded projects and support program efforts to onboard and engage new grantees. Responsibilities include administrative support and may include special projects that involve programmatic content and/or assistance with website maintenance.

DUTIES:

-Database Maintenance and Digital File Organization

-Enter and edit data for Learning Lab’s contact database housed in Airtable, which may include conducting internet research to verify contact information;
-Assist with procuring, organizing and centralizing photos and images for the program website and ensuring project webpage links are working properly;
-Set up digital files for grantees either in SharePoint or Google Drive;
-Convert Excel spreadsheet(s) to project timelines in project management system, Asana, as needed; and Provide administrative support to Learning Lab team as assigned.
-Program Development Support

-Provide feedback on drafts of new materials and resources for new grantees or future grant applicants, as needed; and
-Contribute to team projects by completing tasks as assigned and emulate organizational values of inquiry, collaboration, and experimentation.
