Data Administrative Associate:

Performs duties associated with our address change service process. Creates various reports, monitors, and facilitates vendor and company communication in a manner which contributes to our clients’ satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

-Creates weekly reports to monitor address and new account number changes.
-Initiates account changes associated with the new post office box.
-Contacts vendors to request that addresses are updated to the appropriate post office box via phone call, fax, or email.
-Creates status and summary reports for account representatives and clients.
-Works overtime as needed.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

Customer Billing Specialist:

The salary range for this position is $40,400 – $75,000.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Preparation and delivery of daily customer invoicing, including software and subscription orders which include the following components: software, maintenance, services, 3rd party hardware, and SaaS subscriptions.
-Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of customer annual renewal quotes and invoices.
-Engage, problem solve, and drive resolution with internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements and automation enhancements in invoicing function
-Review of customer contractual terms and conditions for accurate processing.
Process returns and credit memos as needed.

Help Desk Agent – REMOTE US:

Compensation: USD $21.63- $27.04/Hr.

The Help Desk Agent role is to provide technical support and assistance to end-users of all levels, with a broad variety of software and hardware issues. This position requires a great attitude, above average communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills to provide first technical support, as well as the ability to research, resolve and escalate IT issues when necessary.

Client Support Specialist: (some phone duties)

$100 monthly technology stipend (phone and internet) + Your salary

We are seeking a relationship-driven, organized and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to manage scheduling, business travel, dynamic calendars, and general business related support for up to 3 senior leaders. Some travel is required quarterly.

Duties:

-Manage all business related administrative support (calendaring, travel, and expenses) for leader(s)
-Act as the gatekeeper for your executives, understanding business needs, and fielding inquiries from the dispersed team
-Plan, coordinate, and improve upon org-wide events and engagement activities
-Model compliance with company policies and procedures, support our company mission and values, as well as standards of ethics and integrity
-Perform and prioritize based on short timelines and dynamic business needs
-Provide and support the implementation of business solutions
-Think creatively to reduce company spending and improve efficiency
-Take initiative and offer assistance where needed; adding value whenever possible
-Respond quickly to administrative requests from leaders and peers

Senior Paralegal:

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $52.40-$78.37.

The Legal team is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to lead various mission critical programs. This role reports to Zendesk’s Director, Senior Counsel of Privacy. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant team within an exciting, high-growth company!

A key element in performing this role will be to manage your time efficiently to ensure tight deadlines are met. Success in this role will be demonstrated by finishing all tasks punctually.
