Maintenance System Agent / Scheduler:

Pay Range $31,200.00 – $48,000.00 – $64,800.00

Position will be required to follow established procedures, work with limited supervision, and be accurate in their data entry. Position will be remote. Candidates must have a strong and reliable internet connection.

Ideal candidates will be familiar with:

-Maintenance Management System (Maximo in specific) or comparable ticketing systems such as Remedy
-Parts Ordering Processes
-Data entry and data processing and data remediation
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-High school education or equivalent and 4 years of related experience.
-Weekends required. Must be able to work 2nd and 3rd shift and overtime as needed.

Virtual English Teacher:

The VIRTUAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER effectively educates elementary students in conformity with the school philosophy and policies and rules of the governing bodies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Serve as the teacher of record and primary instructor in all core content areas
-Teach all subjects following the school’s course of study or as assigned utilizing technology and varying teaching modalities
-Plan and execute instructional lesson plans
-Adapt and enrich the curriculum using multiple strategies and online tools in imaginative ways to actively engage students in their learning for enrichment or remediation purposes
-Align material to standards and or create course material aligned to applicable standards
-Motivate students to achieve their full attendance, academic, and behavioral goals, as well as other goals identified
-Maintain a positive school environment through effective conflict resolution, collaboration, positive reinforcement, and educational leadership modeling
-Maintain a safe classroom environment

Technical Support Agent:

The Technical Support Agent reports to the Lead Technical Support Agent and is part of the Customer Success Team. This position will support customers by addressing customer support requests, including troubleshooting customer issues and concerns.

Responsibilities:
-Utilize the service desk software system (Jira) to process and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
-Serve as the technical support hotline on-call person during pre-defined technical support hours
-Improve service desk responses and contribute support-related articles to a knowledge base platform
-Adhere to and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System
-Collaborate with the Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues and design solutions based on customer feedback

Associate Peer Review Specialist:

The minimum full-time salary range for this position to be between $41,000 – $45,000.

The job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

-Attend ScholarOne meetings as required.
-Work with publishing editors to launch journals in Sage Track as needed.
-Advise publishing editors on ScholarOne configuration and cost considerations.
-Work with journal editorial offices to configure sites as required, advising editors on best practices and ethical considerations.
-Oversee training of journal editorial offices, advising on best practice and ethical guidelines
-Monitor and respond to technical support e-mail and phone calls from editors, authors, reviewers, and Journals Editorial staff.
-Build and run Sage Track reports as required.
-Maintain knowledge of ScholarOne’s system development
-Support Sage’s peer review initiatives

ILLINOIS RESIDENTS ONLY

Digital Court Reporter:

Compensation: $20 – $25 an hour

This position is entirely remote and will report to Operations Manager, Transcription.

Required Qualifications:
-High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
-Current Notary License For The State Of Illinois
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Previous experience with video conferencing/database platforms
-Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
-Qualified candidates must have a full and complete understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of Illinois as well as basic national knowledge
-A webcam, headset, and computer are needed as well!

Customer Success Associate: (some phone duties)

A competitive salary of $55 – 65K plus bonus

Customer Success Associate responsibilities include:

-Conduct periodic account reviews with client executives
-Collect, schedule, and present data for monthly reporting, including challenges, trends, highlights, action plans, account status, and planning
-Develop presentations outlining products/service benefits in line with clients’ strategic plans
-Handle escalated calls effectively and with the utmost professionalism
-Manage Outstanding Account Balances of customers in collaboration with the Accounting team
-Solicit references from customers to be used in the RFP process for prospective customers
-Provide Bi-Weekly updates regarding Platform releases
-Exhibit strong listening skills and a proactive approach in assisting clients
-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
-Strong time-management, organization, and problem-solving skills
