
?Our scoring season will begin with the first orientation in late July to early August. We are looking for conscientious people to read and score student responses. Applicants first undergo orientation, pass the qualifying levels, and then score actual student responses.
During orientation, applicants will analyze student papers to learn the scoring system, score practice papers, and discuss the results with lead instructors. Additionally, all applicants must pass a qualifying test to become a scorer.
?Write Score has scorer positions available throughout the school year and the position requires scorers who have a 2-year college degree and pass the final qualifying test.

Responsibilities include creating accurate written versions of audio and video recordings, reviewing and editing transcriptions done by speech recognition software, and identifying any inconsistencies. Additionally, you will be required to:
-Understand and address client specifications and feedback.
-Arrive on time for scheduled meetings and court proceedings.
-Keep abreast of transcription software updates and attend refresher workshops as required.
-Communicate with the client or a supervisor when there are issues.
-Keep typing skills sharp by completing regular typing drills.
POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The Contracts Coordinator I is primarily responsible for the collection and processing of scheduled meter readings. You are responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our internal and external clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate the collection and processing of scheduled meter readings for contracts as assigned.
- Monitor meter reading requests and exceptions reports and work with client on corrections.
- Review and process supply holds.
- Assist with entering start meters as assigned.
- Assist with contract support for regions as assigned.
- Process emails from Contract Services inbox and EAutomate folder.
- Enter meter for ITT agreements when emails are received.
- Assist with acquisition data entry as needed.
- Process billing for contracts as assigned.
- Review and update the outstanding meter reports with the external leasing companies.
- Assist Sales Representatives by providing contract and usage information as requested.
- Accurately maintain documentation and comply with administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry.
- Attend required company and departmental meetings.
