Five Elms Capital – Executive Assistant:

In this role, you will be at the heart of everything serving as an essential partner. As a highly organized, endlessly resourceful person you will ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Many days are fast paced, so keeping things running smoothly is key; the cost of any mistakes is high. Your role will vary day-to-day: ambiguity, changes in priorities and managing the needs of multiple senior leaders will be exciting to you.

You will support 6+ senior investment professionals in a broad set of responsibilities:

  • Organize calendars and schedules to accommodate back-to-back meetings across different time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and make sure all aspects of trips work seamlessly from start to finish.
  • Our team travels often requiring occasional personal assistant support to keep work + life running smoothly.
  • Track and submit expense reports across multiple accounts including international statements.
  • Help keep the broad range of personalities we work with every day happy and engaged.
  • While we can’t possibly cover everything (nor would you want us to as that would be too predictable), your role will encompass making our team and clients as productive and as happy as possible!
