Medication Access Specialist-Remote: (minimal phone duties)

Salary Range: $19.84 To 24.00 Hourly

Under the direction of Supervisor, Specialty Pharmacy Services and pharmacists in the Specialty Pharmacy, the Mediation Access Specialist is primarily responsible for performing duties to assist patients with access to benefits, copay cards, patient assistance programs or foundations.

The Medication Access Specialist will work directly with patients, providers, insurance companies and manufacturers to review all opportunities for financial assistance for specialty medications.

How do I make an impact on my team?

-Serve as the liaison between the pharmacy, insurance providers and patient in order to provide accurate and effective communications regarding financial assistance options and resources.

-All efforts aim to offer high touch quality, patient care.
-Obtain, review and document patient demographics, medication history, and insurance status to identify socioeconomic barriers, opportunities for intervention and eligibility for prescription assistance
Improve patient service experience through the provision of benefits investigations and conducting review of all opportunities for coverage of specialty medications.
-Develop a thorough understanding of payer reimbursement and patterns for pharmacy claims with third parties.
-Serve as a primary pharmacy resource to facilitate access to prescription medications. Including but not limited to; formulary/coverage issues, copay issues, patient assistance program eligibility, and other programs available.

Administrative Assistant – ARC:

In this role, you will perform proactive administrative duties to support junior level bankers including but not limited to: processing expenses, managing calendars, scheduling meetings/calls, monitoring stages of projects, researching and compiling data and information to complete tasks.

An opportunity to work in the ARC – Administrative Resource Center (admin pool environment) and partner with experienced admins to learn established systems, policies, and procedures. This role will provide great opportunities for advancement and career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a team of Analysts and Associates with project focused tasks
  • Ensuring data integrity with accurate Salesforce entries and continuous data clean ups
  • Arranging domestic and international travel, staying current and knowledgeable on all Travel policies, procedures, and changes

Transcriptionist:

SALARY RANGE: $19-21 per hour

The Transcriptionist listens to recorded materials and types the material into written form. Corrections, such as fixing grammatical errors in speech may be necessary.

This person is also responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative support tasks and is often required to handle confidential and time-sensitive information.

Duties:

-Compose electronic and hard-copy business memos, reports and correspondence as requested. Proofread documents for accuracy.

-Prepare and file electronic and hard-copy documents, using various software applications as required.

-Follow established policies and procedures related to the disclosure of information, including proprietary or otherwise confidential information.

-Use transcription device to listen to recordings from adjusters dictating property damages, estimates, and other survey summaries.

-Transcribe dictated reports and translates insurance jargon and abbreviations into their expanded forms.

-Monitor queue for new assignments and is responsible for completing within twenty-four hours according to turnaround policy.

-Edit documents as necessary by properly applying grammar and punctuation rules, including light revision to verbiage as stated in dictation, as necessary.

Senior Administrative Associate:

The annual salary range for this position is $59,500 – $62,750

Namati is searching for a mission-driven assistant to provide administrative and logistical support to key leaders at Namati. This is an exciting position at the heart of Namati’s global team, giving the Senior Administrative Associate a unique vantage point into the dynamics of a unique global justice organization.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

-Calendaring, scheduling, and meeting preparation: the Associate will handle calendaring and scheduling for several senior team members at Namati. They will also help in the preparation for those meetings (e.g. sending bios of key attendees, etc.) as well as documenting follow ups.

-Travel arrangements, and travel expense reporting: Our access to justice work regularly takes us all over the globe. The Administrative Associate will ensure travel logistics are smooth and that key leaders gather and submit information needed to set up travel agendas beforehand and file expense reports afterward.

-Team-specific administrative support: Each of the team leaders the AA will support will have specific administrative needs for their team. The AA will learn these needs and provide support to the team lead so they can spend time elsewhere.

-Draft communications: the Associate will support the drafting of internal and external emails, memos, reports, and other needed communications.

-Ad-hoc research and presentation support: Capacity pending, the Admin Associate will help with small research projects, writeups, and informational presentations, including putting together slide decks and other presentation elements from time to time.

Health Insurance Fraud Investigator-Work at Home:

Annual salary of 63,700 – 106,100 USD / yearly

Key Responsibilities:

-Analyze information gathered by investigation/audit and report findings and prepare written summary/recommendations

-Prepare evidence package for referral to third parties including contract holders, state insurance fraud bureaus and law enforcement agencies.

-Respond to subpoenas and requests for information from law enforcement agencies and State Departments of Insurance. May represent company as a witness in judicial proceedings when appropriate.

-Performs special projects requiring expertise in fraud detection, investigation, claim auditing and other areas related to Special Investigations.

-Prepare reports to expedite tracking and reporting of investigations.

Marketing Administrative Assistant:

Reporting directly to the Director of Communications, Education, and Outreach and working closely with NCBE’s team of communicators, the Marketing Assistant provides administrative and functional support, including clerical/administrative tasks, preparation and distribution of reports and data analysis, tracking marketing communications projects, marketing communications-related research, assisting in social media campaigns, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Assists the Director with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of department administrative tasks that include scheduling appointments and meetings (Outlook, Zoom, Teams, etc.); composing, preparing and reviewing correspondence; arranging travel plans, itineraries and agendas; and tracking requests from and to other departments and external stakeholders.

-Submits and reconciles expense reports for department leadership.
-Completes projects and special assignments by researching, establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and adjusting plans.
-Tracks web and social media statistics and prepares reports to guide planning and implementation of online initiatives.

-Assists with web and social media content planning and execution and promotion of NCBE’s publications, conferences and meetings, and broad organizational initiatives.
-Monitors and disseminates NCBE and bar admissions-related news and events.
