Medical Claims Auditor- Remote:
Compensation: $17-19.79 per hour
Job Summary:
Provides accurate quality assurance auditing of post-payment claims to determine correct adjudication and benefit application. Completes complex reports and provide feedback on accuracy.
Primary Functions:
- Audit claims daily statistically valid sampling method, using prescriber audit criteria. Performs simple adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct in-depth claims audits on performance groups, as well as focus audits for specifically identified situations on a scheduled basis.
- Compiles and publishes reports based on the results of claim audits as well as processor productivity on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Run report in Business Objects to conduct audits.
- Prepares required monthly and/or quarterly reports for specific group performance guarantee, production, and accuracy results.
- Identify trends from audit results and recommend improvements to increase overall quality.
- Assists in the investigation and response to Market Conduct Examination inquiries.

Amplify Virtual Reading Tutor:
The hourly rate range for this role is $15 – $20 for delivery of sessions, lesson preparation, and professional development.
The Amplify Reading Tutor will play a meaningful and important role in supporting small groups of growing readers virtually, multiple times a week. Reporting to the Program Manager of Tutoring Services, the Tutor will prepare lessons using Amplify’s mCLASS Intervention program to deliver tutoring sessions virtually and monitor students’ progress.
Duties:
- Provide virtual tutoring to small groups of K-6 grade students three set days per week throughout the 2023-2024 school year. Each small group session lasts for 30 minutes.
- Utilize strong technology skills to confidently and successfully execute tutoring sessions and problem-solve while using a variety of computer applications and platforms simultaneously.
- Prepare unique virtual lesson activities and materials while internalizing lesson objectives before each tutoring session, based on provided lesson plans.
- Monitor progress of students’ reading skill development regularly using a provided assessment to determine if tutoring instruction is working or needs adjustments.
- Implement feedback from program manager and tutor coach and self-advocate for needs related to this position in a professional manner.
- Attend and actively participate in synchronous and asynchronous virtual training and onboarding sessions. Tutors may also attend paid professional development workshops offered throughout the year.
Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Salary range is $18.00 per hour.

We are seeking a talented individual for a Clinical Quality Reviewer who is responsible for performing on-going assessments of the quality of work performed by Reviewers. This person is responsible for complex quality reviews to determine if decision by review staff matches medical records and approved review methodologies.
This person is also responsible for working closely with the other clinical Supervisors and Managers to ensure that Clinical Reviewers are producing work that meets internal quality standards.
