Standard Apps Tier 1 Support Specialist
Compensation: $20 per hour
As a Standard Apps Tier 1 Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound calls and email inquiries, assisting customers with their questions, concerns, and product or service issues. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and email inquiries from customers, providing accurate and efficient solutions to their questions or concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and actions taken in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Tracking Specialist – Samplegistics
The Tracking Specialist provides operational support with respect to all sample tracking technologies provided by LabConnect. The Tracking Specialist will manage project activities to our client’s specification, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that sample tracking data is entered correctly, and on time, into the appropriate sample tracking technology platform.
- Works with courier to troubleshoot shipping issues
- Manages clinical trial event schedules to ensure patient compliance with visit schedules and escalates as necessary.
- Manages queries related to demographics and/or sample tracking discrepancies.
- Performs updates to sample data, and performs data QC, as needed.
- Works with Biospecimen Operations departments to resolve sample discrepancies.
- Monitors site compliance with use of sample tracking technologies and escalates as needed.
- Coordinates sample shipments with the clinical trial site and/or client, as needed.
- Assists in providing sample tracking metrics, as requested.
- Performs QC of protocol related documents before they are released to the client, as requested.
Compensation: $102,500 – $158,000 plus a complete laptop workstation
As an Executive Assistant at Iterable, you’re at the heart of our business and the soul that keeps the team moving forward. In this role, you support the CRO and the SVP of Customer Success. Occasionally you will also need to cover for other EAs on vacations or as needed. Your role as an EA is to help them be more effective, by helping them stay focused by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.

The Payment Processing Associate is responsible for executing procedures, such as providing services to clients and internal operations through data entry, verifying payment information accuracy, and processing payments in line with Company guidelines. In addition, this position communicates with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding payment status and inquiries while resolving issues as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills, and/or tasks based on established procedures.
- Provide production services to client operations by performing data entry tasks.
- Verify the accuracy of payment information, such as invoice amounts, payment terms, and recipient details.
- Accurately process the information provided using the posting rules and guidelines set forth by the client.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, or internal stakeholders regarding payment status, inquiries, or disputes, aiding and resolving any issues as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to payments, including invoices, receipts, and other financial records, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
CPC Processor I Customer Support
Compensation: $15-18 per hour plus Company equipment (including computer, monitor, virtual phone, etc.)
CPC Processor I Customer Support to insure the accurate and timely handling of release of information account issues with internal and external customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Answer and conduct business on the telephone while maintaining excellent Customer Service. This includes: 100%
- Answering release of information related telephone calls and inquiries accurately and timely.
- Review, research, resolve and respond to inquiries that are received via telephone, email or written correspondence.
- Document all calls, inquiries and resolution in detail in appropriate areas of our software systems.
- Follow all department and/or site specific processes and procedures accordingly.
- Meet and maintain the department’s productivity and quality assurance expectations.
- Responsible for following all company policies and procedures as posted or communicated by management.
- Maintain confidentiality by keeping all information seen and heard within the boundaries of the role in the strictest confidence.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and good rapport with co-workers and members of management
- Maintain open lines of communication with other employees and members of management in regards to any problems, complaints, incidents, etc. immediately.
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll, assisting with compliance and benefits activities and attending to the queries of our most important asset – Our People – in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland, the US and the UK.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information
- Attending to employee and other stakeholder queries with a strong focus on service
- Assist in end-to-end payroll Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland, the US and the UK, ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and compliantly
- Assist in company-wide events in the payroll calendar, such as annual salary Increases, bonus payments, year end and benefit renewal
- Assist in preparation of reports for Finance for month end processing, audits etc
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives,
- Work harmoniously with internal stakeholders and customers as well as external stakeholders, including vendors, government agencies and other external stakeholders
