ModSquad’s Mods assigned to this project will be providing social media engagement on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as on the game’s dedicated Discord server. As an engagement moderator you will interact with the community utilizing your excellent writing skills. We’re looking for those with professional engagement experience and a love for gaming, with an understanding of gaming communities/lingo. This project will be fluid with a lot of real-time updates.

Data Entry Clerk – Remote

Compensation: $18.00 / hour

What Will You Do?

-General data entry within departmental platforms such as ATS, payroll system, etc.
-Create new employee profiles within payroll system
-Transfer files into main document management system
-Support reporting and auditing
-Document and escalate high priority or time sensitive matters to the Lead HR Shared Services Representative
-Stay current with departmental policies and practices to support business needs
-Other duties as assigned

Technical Support Specialist:

The Product (Technical) Support Specialist will need to quickly develop subject matter expertise in our product and services in order to help our customers get the best possible lead data and ensure their future success!

Customer Support Risk Associate:

Customer Support Risk Associates are responsible for receiving inquiries from live customers during their usage of Emburse products and providing the appropriate service to address those inquiries. Inquiries from customers may consist of questions related to product functionality, reports or the product not working as expected, and/or other topics related to access, configuration and usage. 

Duties:

• Receive inbound and support cases via email, web form, live chat and/or internal escalation
• Receive support cases escalated for advanced or specialized product knowledge requirements
• Receive support cases escalated for service issues, customer sensitivity or urgency, independently or in collaboration with Customer Support Risk leadership and/or a Customer Success Manager
• Create, track, and update support tickets using software tools
• Address support cases within the set SLA as per the established standards for the role, functional area and/or business unit
• Provide clear and accurate communication with customers through various channels
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and analysis activities as required to address support cases

Data Administrative Associate:

Description:
Performs duties associated with our address change service process. Creates various reports, monitors, and facilitates vendor and company communication in a manner which contributes to our clients’ satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

-Creates weekly reports to monitor address and new account number changes.
-Initiates account changes associated with the new post office box.
-Creates status and summary reports for account representatives and clients.
-Works overtime as needed.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for computer data entry of prescription orders and to direct, monitor and manage the data entry department workflow under the direction of the Data Operations Manager, and will also assists the management team with new community startups.

Duties:

Schedule staff members according to workflow needs and the needs of the business
Assist in supervising Data Entry Technicians.
Promote and facilitate cross training of employees.
Perform all functions and job responsibilities of a Data Entry Technician.

Application Support Agent:

As an Application Support Agent at Curbio, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer support to all users of our web and mobile platforms.

At Curbio you will:

• Solve problems and provide scalable, timely and accurate responses to issues raised.
• Investigate and diagnose technical problems reported by customers.
• Troubleshoot issues related to our web and mobile application.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
• Track and report critical issues (pending or resolved).
• Contribute FAQs and articles for knowledge base.
• Communicate customer feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and effective communication.
• Be proficient in customer support tools and systems (e.g., ticketing systems, live chat software, status page management, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to resolve complex technical issues or escalate problems when necessary.
