Campaign Success Associate (Temporary)

Compensation: $18 per hour

The Campaign Success team is responsible for aligning and planning internal processes that create cohesive campaigns to meet our clients’ enrollment objectives. This position facilitates a combination of administrative duties to enable campaign development and execution.

This is a temporary position that is five months in duration.

Primary Responsibilities (with training provided):

  • Set up projects using provided information into project management platform
  • Utilize a queue to assign work to multiple team members
  • Update progress reports 
  • Run various scripts to pull data from list source platforms
  • Place audience list orders for purchase

Data Annotator – Safety tasks:

Compensation: $40 – $40 an hour with the option for a mental health stipend

By labeling, ranking, auditing, and correcting text output, you will improve Large Language Model’s performance for iterations to come, thus having a lasting impact on Cohere’s tech. 

  • Improve Model Safety: Label, proofread, edit, re-write and improve machine-written and human-written generations, ensuring data integrity and quality. This will include work with content of a sexual, violent, or potentially psychologically disturbing nature.
  • Reading and Text-Based Tasks: Efficiently complete reading and text-based assignments, with high attention to detail.
  • Preference-Based Tasks: Evaluate and complete tasks, assessing which responses best conform to our style guide.
  • Provide Feedback: Collaborate and communicate effectively, providing feedback to cross-functional team members.
  • Detail-Oriented Execution: Maintain meticulous attention to detail while performing repetitive and precise tasks.

Data Quality Specialist:

As a Data Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in labeling, tagging, and categorizing various types of data to facilitate machine learning model training. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality annotated datasets that contribute to the development of AI and machine learning solutions. 

Duties:

  • Accurately label machine learning data through various methods to refine AI models, primarily involving annotating large volumes of textual data according to predefined guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to identify improvements to the labeling interface or labeling processes in order to drive efficiency and high-quality
  • Complete assignments by deadlines while meeting team expectations and goals

eDiscovery Specialist (Remote)

You will be at the forefront of identifying, preserving, collecting, analyzing, and producing sensitive data for legal requests and business initiatives, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a passion for leveraging legal technology to solve complex data challenges.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage legal data matters and projects including the identification, preservation, collection, analysis, and potential production of data in support of legal data requests and business needs.
  • Maintain clear communication with legal teams, IT, HR, InfoSec, and external partners, ensuring smooth project execution and data management.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance workflows and process documentation for data management, preservation, collection, and analysis to solve a variety of legal data challenges.
  • Administration of RelativityOne environment including data and access management. 
  • Provide insights through transformation of legal data into actionable intelligence to inform decision-making and navigate complex legal matters.

Fan Happiness Associate I

Compensation: $18 per hour

The Fan Happiness Associate is responsible for the direct support of Gametime’s customers. Through various channels including Voice, Chat, SMS, and Email, the main focus of this role is to ensure Gametime’s Fans have a simple and fast purchase experience.  The Fan Happiness Associate will report to the Manager of Fan Happiness.

  • Provide incredible fan support and solving problems
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to support our users and fans
  • Multi-task across multiple tools or resources while being engaged with fans
  • Effectively adapt communication and style to match the needs of the fan
  • Proactively identify ways to avoid recurrence of fan issues by recommending changes and improvements through our Voice of the Customer processes
  • Secure and reliable high-speed internet service (minimum 50 megabits download and 10 megabits upload), a quiet distraction-free home office workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work well in an evolving environment
  • Available to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 6am-9pm PST (weekends and some holidays may be required)

Payroll Specialist

Reporting to the Senior Global Payroll Manager, the Payroll Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust payroll processes, optimize accuracy, mitigate risks, and enhance payroll performance. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise and initiative to strengthen our payroll function.

  • Process semi-monthly payroll for US and Canadian employees, ensuring accurate calculations, adjustments, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and staying updated on relevant payroll laws.
  • Support EMEA/APAC payroll operations when needed.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports, including year-end payroll filings.
  • Maintain payroll records, data integrity, and conduct regular audits and reconciliations. and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Liaise with the People team to execute accurate benefits and deductions and manage pension programs and related deductions.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with Finance, People, and IT departments to implement system updates and improvements.

Associate, Experience and Metadata

Compensation: $28.37 to $40.38 per hour

The Associate will work with the other members of the Experience & Metadata team to ensure accurate metadata and categorization for all new titles launched each week as well as all old titles in the library. The Associate will ensure titles have their metadata properly localized by region.

A candidate for this role is highly organized and pays close attention to detail. Strong communication (both written and verbal) and time-management skills are essential, as is the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. A candidate for this role is proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Duties:

  • Use industry standards and our own in-house style guide to clean and standardize all partner-provided metadata, including writing and editing descriptions, verifying of ratings, tagging keywords, and locating various identification numbers
  • Use your research skills and extensive knowledge of films and series to assign genre and appropriately categorize titles
  • Localize English-language metadata for Spanish-speaking audiences
  • Help manage containers and support curatorial efforts
  • Spot check live titles and maintain the library via clean-up projects
  • Find and fix issues, such as duplicate, missing, or incorrect metadata
  • Assist with various assigned projects
  • Think critically about issues as they arise, investigate the cause, provide feedback and solutions, and communicate this all effectively with the team

Benefits Specialist

As the Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and enhancing our global benefits. This includes company-wide group benefits plans like health and welfare, global wellness programs, and time off policies. Reporting to the Senior Global Benefits Manager. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a holistic benefits package aligned with our Total Rewards strategy.
What you’ll be doing:

Provide support to employees on any benefits-related inquiries and resolve any case escalations with third-party service providers.

Own for full-cycle benefits administration, including enrollment processes, partnership and escalation support with external vendors, and record maintenance. 

Data entry, integration and file management workflows in relevant systems (e.g. HRIS, and carrier systems), and complete audits as necessary to ensure data integrity.

Participate in our annual renewal and open enrollment processes through planning, implementation, and communication of all new benefit programs.

Assists in the development and delivery of educational materials, presentations, and communication strategies to enhance employee understanding of benefit offerings.

Product Operations Associate – Grading:

Compensation: $20 per hour
