Data Entry Specialist:

Compensation: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour

The e-File Specialist reviews and files legal documents utilizing online platforms and tools developed by ABC Legal. This role works closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise and meet common goals.   

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned

Research Assistant:

Compensation: $40,000 – $50,000 with PRO and tuition reimbursement

The Research Assistant is remote position and is responsible for carrying out research-related tasks under the direction of research project directors and/or the Vice President of Research & Innovation.

Essential Job Functions:

Provides support for ongoing research projects including but not limited to:

Tracking data and project tasks in spreadsheets , Editing and proofreading written materials, Assisting with the development of materials, Data collection, Scoring of assessment protocols, Data entry, Conducting simple statistical procedures with direction and support, Maintaining electronic library, General administrative assistance (e.g., taking minutes at meetings, filing, printing)

Reconciliation & Project Assistant:

Compensation: $52,300 to $83,700

In this role, you will be responsible for processing premium adjustments and reconciliation of sub-ledger accounts in lender services. Also, the incumbent will assist with projects as needed. The position requires the candidate to interact extensively with internal and external customers on refunds, adjustments, and bank account matters.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, validate and process requested adjustments to payments applied abiding by the policies and procedures set by management.
  • Proactively assist and lead cleanup initiatives as needed.
  • Manage billing reconciliation daily and monthly.
  • Assist with SOX requests as needed.
  • Ability to complete assigned JIRAS and testing.
  • Manage email correspondence and assign emails to team members as needed.

Proofreader (Overnights)

Compensation: $22 per hour

In this role, you will work with client facing and internal Composition teams to check the accuracy of all documents received for conversion and revision. You will use your strong attention to detail to mark any errors that need to be corrected.

This position is a contract role expected to last 12 months with the possibility of extension. The work hours are overnight 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM ET, Monday – Friday, with some overtime.
 Responsibilities:

  • Perform a full quality check on various types of financial documents at the time of creation, as well as after various changes from the client, before they are filed with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and/or printed
  • Compare converted documents to the original documents received from the client, ensuring that the text matches
  • Proofread and verify that spelling, grammar, style, and alignment are correct and consistent throughout (including job numbers, page numbers, headings, etc.)
  • Make sure all logos are correct and of the highest quality
  • Mark identified changes directly on the printed PDF proof

Bank Account Customer Service PM Shifts:

Compensation: $17.00 to $18.98 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital or chat channels through effective communication and problems solving skills. These routine customer service inquiries require the use of standard screens, scripts and procedures.
  • Navigates a computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to customer questions. 
  • Must have excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
  • If working from home, you will need a quiet workspace so you can focus on our customers. You’ll also need a minimum of 100 MBPS download/10 MBPS upload speed from your internet provider. A wired connection is required.

Health Care Customer Service Representative:

Compensation: $15 starting out and then increases incrementally after 90 days. I included this role because it includes the equipment.

As a Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments. This position is challenging but rewarding, fast paced, and in a team environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Makes and answers calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues utilizing establish work queues and call pools as necessary
  • Responds to requests for information by patient/account holders in a professional, thorough, explainable manner
  • Acts to gain payment or arrangement of payment on behalf of the client as appropriate
  • Follows client-specific protocols and policies when carrying out duties
  • Investigates and responds to client enquiries as needed
  • Enters and monitors payment arrangements
  • Adhere to all FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA and other applicable laws

Rep, Customer Experience:

Compensation: $11.09 to $24.02 per hour

Provides customer support and stellar service to meet the needs of our Molina members and providers. Resolves issues and addresses needs fairly and effectively, while demonstrating Molina values in their actions.  Provides product and service information, and identifies opportunities to improve our member and provider experiences.

Job Duties

• Provide service support to members and/or providers using one or more contact center communication channels and across multiple states and/or products. To include, but not limited to, phone, chat, email, and off phone work supporting our Medicaid, Medicare and/or Marketplace business.  

• Conduct varies surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction.

• Accurately document pertinent details related to Member or Provider inquiries. 

• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation, where lunches and breaks are scheduled and work over-time and/or weekends, as needed.

• Demonstrate ability to quickly build rapport and respond to customers in an empathetic manner by identifying and exceeding customer expectations.
