Payments Support Specialist

As a Payment Support Specialist, you will work closely with our Director of Merchant Services and Support team to ensure customers are well supported with their payment processing needs. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing prompt and effective assistance to merchants regarding their payment processing needs.
  • Managing merchant accounts, including setting up new accounts and updating account information. This may also involve monitoring account activity for signs of fraud or unusual behavior by reviewing transactions flagged by our Risk team.
  • Conducting training sessions or providing educational materials to merchants on how to use payment processing tools and systems effectively.
  • Investigating and resolving issues or disputes related to payment processing, such as chargebacks, deposit discrepancies, or transaction errors. This requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with merchants and internal teams.

Claims Assistant | Remote

Compensation: $20.90/hr

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide support to the claims staff and to perform other office tasks depending on the client program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sets up and enters new claims into claims management system.
  • Inputs and reviews notes/diaries in claims management system as instructed.
  • Processes payments.
  • Processes mail; handles filing, faxing and photocopying.
  • Reviews, prepares, creates, and/or sends letters, reports, and forms.
  • Answers and initiates telephone calls, sets up medical appointments, and may provide customer service as required.
  • Other activities/projects as assigned including the preparation and distribution of computer reports.

Partner Service Associate

Compensation: $20/hour 

The role works collaboratively with key business partners to ensure effective customer service is provided to Fresh Realm customers, with a high level of interaction with customers, business development, operations, and accounting amongst other functions to identify and meet business requirements at an operational level. 

Key RESPONSIBILITIES 

Order Management 

  • Monitor that customer orders are timely processed following the applicable procedures. 
  • Resolve (or escalate) incidents compromising timely fulfillment of customer orders. 
  • Manage order modifications and cancellations 
  • Monitor launches for assigned accounts to ensure proper execution.  

Manage Customer Request, Queries, and Claims 

  • Record and route customer requests and inquiries 
  • Resolve and respond to customer requests and inquiries 

Business Relationships 

  • Produce and analyze reports to ensure customer on-time delivery. 
  • Identify solutions to resolve any issues that will impact upon service (delayed orders, shortages, etc). 
  • Validate that orders have been closed out correctly and send fill reports to accounting 

Customer Relationships 

  • Communicate with customers on order status and advise of any issue working in conjunction with the business development team.  
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and resolve any critical issues impacting the customer, including key internal and external relationships. 

Administrative Assistant III – Content

Compensation: $16.44 and $38.70 per hour

Seeking a highly organized, skilled and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support leadership of Gannett’s Center for Community Journalism and New England operations. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen sense of discretion.

This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of editorial tasks and communications, contributing to the success of our media network. The position will be heavily focused on staffing/recruiting/hiring coordination and will also provide comprehensive administrative support to include preparing and organizing editorial documents, reports, and presentations and establishing and maintaining a systematic digital filing system for easy retrieval of documents and information.

Data Entry Associate

Compensation: $16.50/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Gathers, organizes and prepares source documents for data entry into the appropriate system database.
  • Reviews data for discrepancies, missing pages or information and resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Enters both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the proper system database.
  • Reviews data entered against the original source documents for accuracy and corrects any data entry errors or duplications.
  • Follows data program security practices and procedures at all times.
  • Routinely secures information by completing database backup daily.
  • Performs other varies clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing and proofreading as required.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all personal and financial information at all times and in accordance with HIPPA regulations.

Billing Specialist 1674

Compensation:  $44,000 – $62,000

Responsibilities

•Process customer invoices in Oracle’s NetSuite accounting system on a timely basis for proper receivable and revenue recognition

•Provide billing support by helping to answer billing related questions via email or phone call; escalating questions to more senior members of the Accounts Receivable team

•Review order forms for correct input into systems for billing

•Work exceptions for payment application to customer accounts

•Work within different internal systems such as NetSuite’s Project Billing and SalesForce to extrapolate billing related information to bill and recognize revenue

•Enter data into our online systems on a timely basis

Notary Coordinator

Compensation: $18.01- $24.03 Hourly

The Remote Online Notary Scheduler/Coordinator provides support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. May provide general support for a team, or partner with an escrow officer.  Primarily focused on residential transactions.  

Essential Functions

  • Performs a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process
  • Working in queue like production style work
  • Will use Snapdocs to monitor and work on notary signing requests
  • Duties may include: Opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing and handling the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions
  • Communicates requirements and other information to clients
  • Interprets various agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions

Payments Operations Analyst

Compensation: $70,000—$94,000 + equity + bonus

Self-sufficiency is key to success in this position on this expanding team. Experience in, fraud management, onboarding, chargeback responses, dispute resolution and card network compliance are required for this role.

As a Payments Operations Analyst, you will: 

  • Reconcile payout settlements, chargebacks, and disputes, identifying and resolving customer issues and inquiries 
  • Provide comprehensive support to both Heroes and internal teams regarding payment inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure that a white glove customer experience is provided to our Heroes while still protecting Kajabi’s financial interests
  • Monitor and analyze daily transaction activity
  • Refine and adapt approaches to ever-evolving trends in order to protect the company against risk posed by operations and subscriber activity
  • Complete Hero Risk Assessments & Risk Reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with card brand rules as well as mitigate fraud & credit risk.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Leave Coordinator 

Compensation: $23.08 to $28.00/hr

The Leave Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient administration and delicate handling of employee leave and accommodation requests, fostering a positive work culture, and maintaining compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.

This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to Director of Total Rewards.

What you will do:

  • Serves as the primary in-house contact for employee absences and all leave requests while working closely with our third-party vendor Mutual of Omaha, for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Educates employees on leave processes and procedures; works with third party vendor to ensure compliance with all State and Federal laws as it relates to FMLA, ADA, Short-term and Long-term Disability and other leave and accommodation issues.
  • Provides information, interpretation, advice, and training for employees and managers regarding leaves. Partners with other HR leaders and HRBPs for escalated issues. 
  • Communicates with employees regarding their needs for leave or accommodation. Ensures that employees are aware of their responsibilities and of any documentation including notice required to qualify for and to take leave pertaining to their state of residence.
