Data Entry Specialist

This position will be responsible for managing and entering critical data related to disaster recovery projects. The Data Entry Specialist role supports disaster recovery teams by ensuring accurate and timely data entry for project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Accurate data entry and update of information for disaster recovery efforts to include damage assessments, financial information, and other related data.
    • Maintaining data integrity to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data entries. Perform regular audits and cross-checks to prevent errors.
    • Provide data retrieval and reporting as needed to assist in generating reports based on the entered data for internal stakeholders, clients, and government agencies.
    • Organize and maintain digital records and files, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and security standards.
    • Ensure all data entered adheres to FEMA or other regulatory guidelines and requirements.
    • Review incoming data for errors and discrepancies and resolve issues by communicating with the relevant team members.

Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour

In this role, you will…

  • Be responsible for customer service in support of student health products administered by Wellfleet. Learn the basics of insurance

Data Entry Associate

Compensation: $16.50 per hour

ExamWorks is seeking a Data Entry Associate who is responsible to gather, prepare and enter alphabetic and numeric data from various source documents into the appropriate computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Gathers, organizes and prepares source documents for data entry into the appropriate system database.
  • Reviews data for discrepancies, missing pages or information and resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Enters both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the proper system database.
  • Reviews data entered against the original source documents for accuracy and corrects any data entry errors or duplications.
  • Follows data program security practices and procedures at all times.
  • Routinely secures information by completing database backup daily.
  • Performs other varies clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing and proofreading as required.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all personal and financial information at all times and in accordance with HIPPA regulations.

Partner Support Specialist

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

As a Partner Operations Specialist, you will support our Partner Performance Managers with day to day tasks critical for the performance of our Partner Pharmacy network.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and responding to internal escalation requests
  • Data entry and processing requests for our biggest partners
  • Contacting partners to resolve issues that prevent a successful client/patient/partner experience
  • Performing a variety of tasks in the Phil dashboard to ensure speed and accuracy of patient requests
  • Placing inventory orders for our partner network
  • Review script level issues to ensure proper process was followed and correct as needed
  • Triage, resolve, and respond to order-related escalations or one-off requests
  • Identify errors and understand workflows to unblock prescriptions
  • Collaborate with Partner Performance Managers and other team members to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.

Office Assistant

Compensation: $15 per hour

The Opportunity

  • Verifies and ensures documents for accuracy (i.e., refund checks, compares account notes/documentation, letters, addresses, etc.).
  • Identifies any documents/files/accounts that may have an error/oversight/printing issues during processing.
  • Notes in patient accounts all action; mailing or faxing and if fax confirmation received.
  • Completes data entry and documentation in patient accounts and/or billing system(s).
  • Provides documentation for accounts when requested or required.
  • Processes, sorts, and routes incoming data.
  • Performs other office support tasks, including but not limited to: data entry, correspondence, filing, printing, and faxing.

Administrative Assistant

Compensation: $19.62 – $22.86 an hour

CALSTART is seeking a part-time Temporary Payroll and Database Assistant to work up to 24- 29 hours per week in our Accounting Department alongside three Project Managers. This Role Is a long-term temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.  

This role is essential to ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee timecards, contributing to the smooth operation of our payroll process. A qualified candidate will also perform data entry related to our project management system. You will work remotely and report to the Contracts and Financial Analysis Lead Manager. This role is based on Pacific Time; candidates must be in California.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Monday and Friday timecard processing and support.  
  • Update weekly Payroll reports 
  • Support labor reallocations & adjustments (as needed) 
  • Support weekly Mavenlink new hire pieces of training 
  • Process transmittals related to salary increases, promotions, supervisor changes, etc. 
  • Payroll system and Project Management system reconciliation responsibilities.  
  • Communicate with employees and supervisors to resolve discrepancies or issues regarding timecard submission.  
  • Creating meeting minutes for review during important payroll meetings.  

Executive Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the primary support and go-to for Federato’s COO, CRO + CTO 
  • Heavy calendar management using Google calendar in a rapid and ever-changing environment
  • Coordinate both internal and external conference calls, meetings, and events
  • Set up travel and accommodations when needed
  • Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events for the team
