Claims Specialist

Compensation: Compensation is set at $0.20 per claim, with a minimum expectation of processing 1,000 claims per week. Plus 95% of insurance premiums paid, $250 WFH setup, $150/month cell phone + internet, $100/month Wellness

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience processing both pre-tax and post-tax claims for various benefit programs, with a focus on Perks and Health FSAs.

Contract Details

  • This is a contract position covering the 50 states
  • Flexibility to work during standard US business hours
  • Performance expectation: Process a minimum of 1000 claims per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a minimum of 1000 claims per week for various benefit types, primarily Perks and Health FSAs
  • Review and validate submitted claims against eligibility criteria and plan rules for multiple clients
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims within established service level agreements
  • Apply different rules for pre-tax and post-tax benefits as appropriate
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing a large volume of claims
  • Stay updated on changes in benefit regulations and internal processes

Agent Support Associate

Compensation: Estimated Base Salary (DOE) $65K – $70K • Offers Bonus • Offers Health and Life Benefits

The Agent Experience Associate on the Support Team serves as an intermediary and collaborator between agents and other specialty departments and teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answers questions that are submitted to the support team by Real Estate Agents
  • Work collectively with other Agent Experience Associates to timely answer all other tickets and emails that are received by real estate agents and help the agents achieve positive business outcomes via software and services offered by Real
  •  Escalate tickets to other departments such as Onboarding, Marketing, MLS, and Developers as necessary
  • Conduct remote (Zoom/Google Meet) product and program training and meetings with agents as needed
  • Work proactively to identify agent needs and work with team and manager to develop solutions to continuously improve the agent’s experience when interacting with the Real platform and app

Contact Center Customer Care Specialist (SCA)

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for all shipment activities in your workload from assignment through delivery.

  • Be the “first face” of HomeSafe via inbound calls/chat/email from customers, internal colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ensures first call resolution through problem solving and effective call/email/chat/text.
  • Counseling customers on their entitlements for their move.
  • The Customer Care Specialist role requires a patient and stable work style and consistency in dealing with repetitive routine.
  • The role demands a cooperative, agreeable, and sympathetic listener who can build good relationships with others and enjoys being helpful to them.
  • Troubleshooting with customers on how to use the HomeSafe Connect Application.
  • Provide accurate details of the status of Customer move at designated points.
  • Customer service via a multichannel contact center within a team-oriented focus is of utmost importance.

Schedule flexibility: Customer Care will operate 24 hours per day x 365 days per year; nights, weekends and holidays required. HomeSafe will supply appropriate equipment, employee provided high speed internet is required. 

Pharmacy Scheduler

Compensation: $18.40 – $25.30 per hour

The primary purpose of this position is to schedule Pharmacists to work in store locations within a specific geographical area and to enter the corresponding payroll information. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

Duties:

• Schedule Pharmacists to work in store locations, and flu clinics within the budgeted payroll in a specific geographical area, including travel arrangements.

• Responsible for scheduling within each store labor plan hours, as well as monitor overtime, premium and travel pay

• Assist District Leaders to fill schedule vacancies that occur when Pharmacists are sick, on vacation, or there is an emergency situation.

• Input hours worked and sick, birthday, anniversary, holiday, and personal hours taken by Pharmacists into the payroll system on a daily basis.

• Remain knowledgeable of federal and state employment laws and union rules to ensure all schedule and payroll information is in compliance.

• Coordinate with outside vendors to help satisfy vacancies left in the pharmacy schedule when necessary.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Pharmacists in the Region.

• Access personnel records as required while maintaining the confidentiality of all information.

• Review and implement approved Pharmacist vacation requests, as applicable.

Claims Adjudicator

Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of claims while meeting established quality and productivity standards. Also, responsible for simple adjustments to previously processed claims.
Key Functions/Responsibilities

Provide general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, processing and adjusting claims. Identify trends and report to Supervisor as necessary. Review and analyze data from system-generated reports for in-process claims to identify and resolve errors prior to final adjudication. Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards.

Manual Verification Specialist

Compensation: $19 per hour

A Manual Verification Specialist will work assigned MV tasks, including Public Records requests, completing audits of the MV history, regularly meeting an MV quota, aiming for continually faster turnaround times. A successful Manual Verification Specialist is skilled with time management and capable of moving through work speedily without allowing accuracy to suffer.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual verifications of credentials for EverCheck Clients who require it
  • Perform sporadic Public Records requests when assigned
  • Prioritize credential verification based on a tiered system of urgency
  • Communicate when necessary with EverCheck Client Success Managers
  • Stay educated about changes to verification policies for each credentialing board
  • Perform weekly audits of MV history on a rotating basis

Insurance Payment Poster-Temp

Compensation: $17.19 – $21.49 USD

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and interpret explanation of benefits (EOB) from insurance carriers to post appropriate payment and denial codes.
  • Enter alphabetic, numeric or symbolic data such as denial codes into system, following the format displayed on screen.
  • Reconcile cash batch supporting department cash control policies and procedures.
  • Complete batch posting with 98% accuracy
  • Identify incomplete information necessary to post remittance, contact Manager to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data.
  • Learn computer applications as they relate to denial management systems; proficiency in a practice management system.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Maintains database by entering payment information into database ( adjustments and denials)
  • Back-up for generating daily POB extractions
  • Assist with external and internal audits 
  • Reconcile cash batch supporting department cash control policies and procedures
  • Assist with new hire training and refresher training
  • Maintain and update SOP’s and job aides
  • Complete batch posting with 98% accuracy
  • Identify incomplete information necessary to post remittance, contact Manager to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data
  • Assure 100% accuracy with regards to content and spelling.
  • Requires outreach to customers/clinics to validate incomplete information
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
  • Contacts patient/clinic directly to validate incomplete information

Chargeback Specialist

Compensation: $20 per hour

Responsible for analyzing, researching and processing incoming chargebacks through the billing platform.

Job Details:

  • Performs Credit Card chargebacks resolution to ensure timely, accurate, and effective processing of fraud and dispute claims
  • Provides evidence when merchants ‘request for information’ before it becomes a chargeback
  • Provides in-depth research and investigation into transactions of frauds or dispute claims, and provide evidence/documentation to support the investigation
  • Ensures adherence and deadlines are met for all claims 
  • Ability to escalate issues to supervisors 
  • This is not a customer facing role, but will require a lot of cross team collaboration, analytical skills, and prior administrative experience

Fraud Prevention Analyst

Compensation: $45,600 – $73,000

The Fraud Prevention Analyst’s primary role is to manually review online transactions to determine their authenticity. They will interact with customers and customer service to provide a seamless and secure customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly analyze multiple data points to make quality decisions that impact our clients and their customers 
  • Analyze and identify links between fraudulent transactions to identify and stop fraud rings 
  • Interact with customer service and customers through various forms of communication and assist analysts with customer escalations 
  • Focus on improving overall operational effectiveness by helping manage queue volumes 
  • Collaborate with team to discuss new and emerging fraud trends 

STD Claims Analyst

Compensation: $39,900.00 – $88,800.00

Under General Supervision, Examines And Processes Short Term Disability Claims. Provides Timely And Accurate Support To Claimants, Policyholders, And The Claims Department. Manages Appropriate Adjudication Of Short-Term Disability Claims In Accordance With Policy Provisions. Initiates And Facilitates Case Management And Other Ancillary Services To Assure Optimum Outcomes.

Partner Support Specialist

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

As a Partner Operations Specialist, you will support our Partner Performance Managers with day to day tasks critical for the performance of our Partner Pharmacy network.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and responding to internal escalation requests
  • Data entry and processing requests for our biggest partners
  • Contacting partners to resolve issues that prevent a successful client/patient/partner experience
  • Performing a variety of tasks in the Phil dashboard to ensure speed and accuracy of patient requests
  • Placing inventory orders for our partner network
  • Review script level issues to ensure proper process was followed and correct as needed
  • Triage, resolve, and respond to order-related escalations or one-off requests
  • Identify errors and understand workflows to unblock prescriptions
  • Collaborate with Partner Performance Managers and other team members to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.


Law Firm Billing Specialist (this is not an entry-level role)

Compensation:  $45,000 to $60,000

Latitude has a dynamic litigation boutique law firm client with a need for a legal billing specialist in a part-time role. The successful candidate will have significant experience and the ability to work independently and effectively in managing the revenue collection lifecycle for the firm.

Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist:

  • Timely generating legal bills with accompanying detail
  • Interacting with attorneys and other staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of bills
  • Coordinating with firm’s accountants for accurate book-keeping and reporting
  • Researching client billing questions and concerns
  • Responding to billing disputes
