Chat Representative

Compensation: Pay: $13.00-$15.00 per hour 1099 contract

We are looking for passionate individuals interested in being part of an awesome team in the music industry. Our representatives play an important role in helping fans via ticketing. This includes purchasing merch, password resets, website assistance and troubleshooting, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a LOVE of music! The biggest artists we represent are in Pop and Country
  • 1-3 years call center chat experience required
  • Technical experience strongly preferred, experience in Zendesk is a definite plus
  • Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
  • Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities
  • Ability to work independently and utilize resources to resolve customer issues
  • Great understanding of text and chat acronyms
  • Have excellent grammar, but also know when to use the lingo
  • Previous work from home experience preferred
  • Understanding of contact center support metrics and ability to implement actions for improvement

Remote Customer Care Specialist – 1099 Contractor

The Remote Customer Care Specialist provides client support via chat; assisting with client inquiries, troubleshooting and general support. They respond to all client communication via email and provide client support regarding account inquiries, service, programs/promotions and .com/Direct technical issues. 

Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. Agents may be asked to transition to between channels at any time.

Claims Representative – Remote

Compensation: $17-25 per hour

The claims representative is responsible for manually reviewing and processing medical, supplemental, or dental claims. Claims are processed according to benefits, eligibility, and internal processes, policies, and procedures and may be completed, held for additional information/review, or denied. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Independently research and navigate various documents and databases to accurately process claims, ensuring compliance and adherence to established guidelines.

·        Confirm the presence of necessary documents within submitted claims.

·        Validate the accuracy of medical codes provided in claim submissions.

·        Assess the eligibility status of claims based on established criteria.

·        Review and verify other insurance coverage information in submitted claim.

·        Evaluate authorizations provided in claim submissions for accuracy.

·        Analyze account benefit plans to ensure claims align with coverage and policies.

·        Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information.

·        Utilize multiple computer applications simultaneously.

Data Entry Clerk

This team is processing documents and paperwork for tax credit reporting and as a Data Entry clerk on this team you will be responsible for processing both incoming and outgoing applications to each state workforce agency. Client Support Specialist

In this role, you will be working directly with our active clients assisting with any product feature functionality questions they have for the products your team supports.

Call Monitor

Compensation: $17 per hour

The Call Monitor works with the Inside Loan Agent Division and assists by monitoring and analyzing calls and call data. The primary function of this position is to listen to calls and evaluate the quality of the call. By both using call monitoring software and Excel, the Call Monitor will provide feedback and guidance on areas of improvement. A successful Call Monitor will effectively prioritize work load and practice exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Review calls for adherence to established rules, guidelines and acceptability.
  • Provide feedback on areas of improvement to Sales Managers, Managers and Team Leads.
  • Respond to Management requests for specific calls, call data or reports.
  • Input data into computer system as it relates to information gathered for the call evaluation.
  • Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
  • Must be available to work shifts between 5am to 7pm, including weekends.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Overnight Desktop Publisher

Compensation: $24.41 to $32.00

Desktop Publishers work with Photoshop, Visio, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and other programs to edit, modify, and manipulate images, videos, graphics, and create presentations. The hours of this role are 11:00p.m to 8:00a.m EST / Monday to Friday. This is a remote opportunity.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Intakes jobs from clients and enters them into our proprietary workflow tracking tool
  • Works within template formats and Word styles to create pitchbooks and PIBs (Public Information Books)
  • Creates custom templates

Field Dispatcher

Compensation: $23.00 – $27.00 plus wellness and home office/cell phone subsidies

As a Field Dispatcher at Roofstock you will serve as the project coordinator for all things related to the scheduling of our on-the-ground resources: In-House Technicians and Portfolio Associates. You will coordinate all aspects of our property management tasks, inspections, and repairs and will ensure all stakeholders are abreast of the completion timelines.

Responsibilities:  

  • End-to-end management of occupied and vacant work orders completed in-house; accepting the work, coordinating with the resident, scheduling our technician, verifying completion, and submission for approval.
  • Research, schedule, assign, and follow up on home inspections and property management tasks
  • Provide excellent support at all times to our In-House Technicians and Portfolio Associates, proactively leave necessary context, stay available to work through any challenges encountered by our IHTs and PAs, and follow-up on any failed trips.
  • Manage all electronic record keeping as it relates to repairs and maintenance including internal communication, resident damages, and any other needed information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to prioritize and complete all repairs and maintenance as well as property management items.  Set great expectations, provide updates, and request additional resources in order to meet their needs.

Client Experience Specialist

Compensation: $25 per hour

We are currently seeking one Client Experience Specialist for coverage in the Mountain or Central time zone.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 customer support regarding the resolution of issues and/ or questions via the online portal, phone, and chat
  • Learn and navigate OnPay systems to respond to client issues efficiently
  • Effectively troubleshoot problems and identify solutions for clients as well as other internal teams
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Ensure that documentation of client issues and resolution are comprehensive and accurate
  • Ask relevant questions to define the root cause of a problem and utilize resources to generate accurate solutions
  • Consistently meet role-related goals
