Hello No Phone WFH Family! I have a few customer facing roles, data entry, and claims roles for you today.

Let’s get into the jobs of the day:

Ad Processing Specialist

Compensation: $48,000 – 57,000 

You will be part of the Field Operations team that manages data quality. Our team creates surveys every day with the goal of obtaining important responses that are used to generate key insights for clients regarding the effectiveness of advertisements for a brand or product. This role will be responsible for reviewing and cleaning up the data received from these surveys (all junk, bots, spam, etc.) resulting in a better overall product. 

Responsibilities:

  • Process surveys
  • Comb through all survey responses to remove unwanted data
  • Communicate with the Field Operations team on priority surveys if needed

Drug Rebate Data Entry Clerk – Remote US

Compensation: $28,500.00 – $40,700.00

As a Drug Rebate Data Entry Clerk at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable.

Your role in our mission

  • Support staff on daily Drug Rebate activities in scanning payment documentation, posting and reconcile payments timely and accurately in the system.
  • Manage deposit spreadsheets and coversheets for all payment sent by drug manufacturers.
  • Complete assignments and work products on schedule with quality results.
  • Communicate assignment status and escalate issues timely.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Court Support Specialist

Compensation: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

The Court Support team works with courts all throughout the country to ensure that upwards of 100,000+ court filings / month make it back into our system in a timely manner. As part of this team, the Court Support specialist plays a diverse role with a focus on calling / contacting courts, well as understanding how to use court dockets / websites to obtain the information we need. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to courts on individual orders and general court status updates, including answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders.
  • Communicate accurately and professionally through remote voice calls and emails with a positive service attitude while interacting with court personnel, attorneys, and other clients.
  • Work in Skye (in-house application) to process documents, add informative updates / notes and other data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage consistent in/outgoing phone calls to assist Courts and customers with questions, as well as managing calls from courts & customers.
  • Relay relevant, updated information from Courts to our process servers and customers as appropriate.

Claims Coordinator

Compensation: $15.00 – $18.25 plus discretionary bonus

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing claims to ensure they are processed accurately and in accordance with policy provisions. You will handle moderate to complex claim issues, ensuring that all necessary documentation is obtained, and claims are either approved or denied based on established guidelines.

  • Analyze and research claim issues of moderate to complex difficulty.
  • Ability to comprehend complicated workflows, policy certificates and policy provisions.
  • Review and apply policy provisions in processing of claims received.
  • Request and obtain necessary documents for claim processing/consideration, including scheduling follow ups for documentation.
  • Release of accurate benefit payments in accordance with CBP policy, industry standard & other applicable TPA or SLA agreements.

Claims Support Associate

Compensation is not mentioned but this role does offer: Apple laptop, large second monitor, and other quality-of-life equipment you may want.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a team of multi-line adjusters with responsibilities that support claim resolution. Tasks will include setting up claim files, data entry, financial transaction support, document review/upload, and managing incoming call volume.

We need you to do all the things typical to the role:

  • Gather necessary information from documents and customer conversations to set up and assign claim files with complete and accurate information
  • Manage a queue of tasks timely and effectively to ensure claims adjusters have the information they need
  • Manage incoming mail (electronic, physical, and fax) and upload to the correct claim
  • Prepare standard form letters and claim closing documents
  • Strong with time management and prioritization to manage multiple types of tasks and SLAs
  • Enjoys working with and learning new technologies to improve processes and maximize efficiency

Data Entry Reporting Specialist

Compensation: $24.10 – $31.25 per hour or $50,000 – $65,000 annualized base salary; plus, benefits

In this role, you will support our account management team by accurately entering and maintaining data, running reports, and ensuring high-quality data for multiple clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and occasional direct communication with franchisees or corporate offices to verify and clarify information.

Key Responsibilities:

– Perform accurate data entry for multiple clients to ensure records are maintained to the highest standard.
– Run and generate reports as required, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established reporting formats.
– Support the account management team by providing timely and accurate information for client accounts.
– Communicate with franchisees or corporate contacts when needed to confirm details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent data quality.
– Conduct regular data cleanup tasks to maintain database accuracy and reliability.
– Identify data inconsistencies and take corrective action to improve data quality.
– Provide general administrative support as needed within the account management team.

Restaurant Support Specialist – Customer Retention

Compensation:  $52,000-$72,000 annually & Work from home reimbursement

What you’ll do:

  • Provide exceptional and timely inbound customer support via phone and email
  • Consult and educate our customers to provide value, resolve their business needs, and retain their business
  • Become an expert in the Yelp Restaurant SaaS product suite and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs – asking probing questions and finding solutions will be critical to your success
  • Help owners with their full suite of Yelp Restaurant tools to market their restaurant, efficiently manage their front of house, and drive diners.

Release of Information Specialist (ROIS)

Compensation: $15.25-16.00 per hour

The Release of Information Specialist (ROIS) initiates the medical record release process by inputting data into Verisma Software. The ROIS works quickly and carefully to ensure documentation is processed accurately and efficiently. This position has the opportunity to work remotely. The primary supervisor is Manager of Operations, Release of Information.
 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process medical ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process requests utilizing Verisma software applications
  • Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues
  • Organize records and documents to complete the ROI process
  • Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations
  • Provide exemplary customer service in person, on the phone and via email, depending on location requirements

MICHIGAN AND ARIZONA ONLY

Data Entry Specialist

Compensation: $17.00/Hour PLUS Monthly Production Bonus Eligibility

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday, overtime may be required from time to time, up to about 5 hours per week. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has excellent computer skills and is looking to start working in an office environment.

What You Will Do: 

  • Use computers effectively to enter, access, and retrieve data
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be responsible for adhering to daily minimum production levels
  • Please note that if the daily minimum production levels are not met, you will be required to come into the office for additional training
