Under direct supervision, provide general data entry support. Perform the Key Entry (KE), Key from Image (KFI) and the OC Repair tasks as follows:
-Correct errors found by the system’s Data Validation worker
-Key all the data on forms not read by the OCR engine and failed the auto capture process
-Resolve problems causing errors and override the business rule as appropriate
-Key data that the OCR engine cannot read using basic processing rules
This is a temporary role. It is projected to last for only 6 months.
Duties:
- Provide our customers immediate support via live-chat/messaging, email, ticketing, social media, and phones.
- Leverage your deep understanding of our Internal Support Portal to address our users’ concerns quickly and accurately.
- Make recommendations for members with your deep knowledge about Forma’s product.
- Represent the voice of the customer to help shape the future roadmap of the product.
- Proactively orchestrate efficient and optimal communication across varying member touch points with our platform.

Hospitality Ticketing Associate:
Compensation: $55,200-$69,000
What you’ll do as Hospitality Ticketing Associate
- Oversee and optimize the inventory of tickets or assets for events across your region.
- Ensure accurate tracking, efficient distribution, and effective utilization of tickets, promotional material, and other event-related resources.
- Oversee a library of assets (passes, invites, tickets) across your region, covering all event logistics – distributing tickets, managing promotional materials, leading player communications, and more.
- Analyze asset performance, event outcomes, and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Use insights to refine asset management practices, enhance future events, and boost overall client satisfaction.
Compensation: $15-$18 per hour
This is an entry level position responsible for processing all release of information (ROI), specifically medical record requests, in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Associate must at all times safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.

Coordinator, Contracting – Remote Opportunity! (This is an entry level position):
Compensation: $23-25 per hour plus benefits and a 401K employer match and paid shutdown holidays
The Contracting Coordinator, is an entry level position, report to the Contracting Manager and shall provide administrative support services for the contract management team in connection with Road Scholar programs as needed and requested. The position is responsible for maintaining the process flow of contract documents according to the established procedures.
The Contracting Coordinator will work closely with internal and external team members in making decisions affecting programs. The Contracting Coordinator must act with participants’ best interests and Road Scholar’s expectations in mind.
Health Information Specialist II:
Compensation: 16.00 – 19.00 per hour
This position is responsible for processing all release of information (ROI) specifically medical record requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service.
Associate must at all times safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.
This is as intermediate level position with at least 1 year related HIM experience. In addition to HIS I Foundation, HIS II is responsible for training HIS I staff and providing reports to manager and/or the facility.
Responsibilities

- Answers and conducts business via email routinely while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
- Authorizing Process:
- Reviews the requests to determine which records are being requested.
- Data enters valid and invalid authorizations and requests.
- Returns invalid authorizations and requests to the requester.
- Validates authorizations for accuracy.

- Requests charts via Record Center if needed
- Copying Process:
- Scans the medical record and chooses the appropriate information to be photocopied, if so directed.
- Copies the appropriate pages for the requested records, if so directed.
- Re-assembles the charts (files) for re-filing.
- Logs information that is being sent to the requester either manually or using company software in accordance with the facility procedure.
- Documents the release of information in the patient medical record or other means determined by the facility.
- Quality Assurance and Billing Process
- Provides quality assurance of medical records.
- Calculates the amount to be billed to the requester and prepares the invoice.
- Certifies the copies of medical records when requested, if so directed.
- Prepares copies for printing and mailing.
Compensation: $30.00 to $40.00 USD

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of California pleadings and a proven track record in managing electronic filing processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute electronic filing of legal documents in compliance with California court requirements.
- Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Ensure all filings are accurate, timely, and comply with court rules and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-filing systems and court requirements.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure seamless filing processes.

This Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for billing, collections, and other assigned reporting responsibilities. This position provides functional oversight and support to all departments within the Company. Incumbents manage and can personally execute project tasks. This position reports to the Manager of Billing and Collections.
Essential functions:
- Process daily billings and ensure invoices are appropriately posted and delivered to customers. Resolves highly complex and sensitive service-related billing issues.
- Work cross-functionally to review customer contracts and ensure proper billing set-up adhering to underlying system requirements and policy standards

You will play a pivotal role in the support and coordination of remote contractors. You’ll ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to performance standards. You will provide guidance, support, and feedback to contractors, while building a collaborative and positive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete all prep tasks for digital learning: updating trackers, setting up systems, and coordinating training for new instructors.
- Help prepare contractors, making sure materials are current, communication channels are set, and staffing is ready.
- Track attendance and participation, provide feedback, and ensure contractors are able to meet certification requirements.
