The Mom Project is excited to partner with a team who is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. This role will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the accuracy of our CRM databases (Salesforce/Bullldout) by researching and inputting tenant information for various commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Enter accurate data into our CRM systems (Salesforce/Bulldout) from Excel spreadsheets.
- Research and verify information about companies and tenants within specified buildings, primarily using county websites and databases.
- Use ZoomInfo and other resources to identify and validate primary contacts for each tenant in each building. Note that some companies will have multiple locations and it’s critical to identify the correct contact for that specific location/building.
- Update and organize data to maintain high levels of data integrity and consistency.
- Report progress to management regularly and meet data entry quotas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, classify, and disposition documents or other electronic content according to predefined characteristics such as applicable functional support, applicable business process, claim support, and metadata requirements
- Responsible for customizing the document management system to “Learn” characteristics of documents and required metadata elements
- Receives and organizes claim documentation
- Assists with daily workflow to ensure SLAs are met
- Adheres to quality assurance guidelines
- Operate data capture technology to import digitized documents into a document management system
- Says current with all policies and procedures
- Perform other duties, or work needs to support business requests

Our Customer Care Advisors are responsible for communicating with our patients either over the phone, live chats/messaging, on email, and over social media. You will work alongside our Responsible Pharmacists & Clinicians to ensure exceptional clinical care and customer care is consistently delivered, and that patient safety is never compromised.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers

Contracts Administration Associate
Experience requirement: 0-2 years
Compensation: $50,000 – $63,000
The Contracts Associate will work under the supervision of the Contracts department leadership team in the administration of contracts. Performs a variety of tasks to support Contracts operation and services delivery, primarily with respect to federal, state and local government contracts (e.g., HHS, DoED, USDA, DOL). The portfolio also includes foundation and commercial contracts.
• Perform contract and subcontract administration support tasks by engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including contract closeout activities, coordinating contract review and execution, research, and drafting correspondence such as 75%/85% limitation of funding letters, key personnel change request letters, labor category change requests and other required notices.
• Assist in the drafting and review of agreements critical to supporting the Contracts function, such as modifications, subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements and other contract documents.
• Provide guidance and feedback to project teams relating to monitoring contract and subcontract costs, compliance with terms, and communicating contracts policies and processes with staff throughout Mathematica to enhance cross-functional understanding of Contract processes and teamwork.

Data Annotator – Safety tasks:
Compensation: $40 per hour
As a Safety Annotator:
- Improve Model Safety: Label, proofread, edit, re-write and improve machine-written and human-written generations, ensuring data integrity and quality. This will include work with content of a sexual, violent, or potentially psychologically disturbing nature.
- Reading and Text-Based Tasks: Efficiently complete reading and text-based assignments, with high attention to detail.
- Preference-Based Tasks: Evaluate and complete tasks, assessing which responses best conform to our style guide.
- Provide Feedback: Collaborate and communicate effectively, providing feedback to cross-functional team members.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Maintain meticulous attention to detail while performing repetitive and precise tasks.
*Scout Search Quality Rater – English (United States):
In this position, you will use your unique gifts of understanding people’s intentions to improve the online search engine experience. Our main goal for this project is to develop and augment AI data. To put it more plainly, you will provide subjective and objective ratings based on project rules and conventions. You will complete tasks in American English.
In this position, you will be able to set your own schedule to accomplish the weekly goals and you will receive support from the project management team during business hours, usually Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Pacific Time).
Compensation: $35 to $65 per hour
The AI Tutor role is a remote, full-time, temporary position that will last up to 6 months in duration.
What you’ll do:
-Use proprietary software applications to provide input/labels on defined projects.
-Support and ensure the delivery of high-quality curated data.
-Play a pivotal role in supporting and contributing to the training of new tasks, working closely with the technical staff to ensure the successful development and implementation of cutting-edge initiatives/technologies.

Remote Tagger / Metadata Specialist
Responsibilities
- Use various media archive software tools as well as proprietary system(s) to review, edit and enter media asset metadata
- Perform consistent, accurate and complete data quality review to complex asset and media content metadata
- Research information in support of data entry tasks in order to confirm information (as needed) and also expand on the completeness of the data record
- Effectively communicate and work in a coordinated manner within a larger client project team to meet team project goals, manage expectations and provide feedback on progress / problems, etc. on specific assignments
- Identify problems and obstacles, escalate as needed and participate in problem resolution as needed
