Quality Reviewer – Remote Position
Compensation: $15.50 – $16.00
The High Value Reviewer evaluates and edits high value home appraisals as submitted by field staff and ensures exemplary quality through attention to detail. Reviewers are expected to maintain high levels of quality, time service, and productivity. Once a review is completed the High Value Reviewer ensures that the report is sent to the client.
Compensation: $13 per hour
We’re searching for individuals who are passionate about social media and regular users of Gmail. This remote position requires ownership and daily use of a smartphone and familiarity with various social media platforms and Google products. Your reliability, adaptability, and adherence to guidelines are key.
In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to safer internet browsing by reviewing and filtering potentially sensitive and adult material.
Compensation: $41,600
The Variable Part-Time (VPT) SOH Reviewer position in Statement of Health can be responsible for several tasks including the data-entry of Group Life and Disability applications, answering phones, or assisting with our vendor process. Usually, when hired as a VPT you will be assigned either Data-Entry, CSR, or Vendor, but you may be asked to do any of these tasks after proper training.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and obtain missing information required to evaluate SOH form and input missing information into system.
· Ensure proper grammar and spelling for written communications.
· Interpret customer SOH provisions and process accordingly.
· Professional interpersonal communication skills.
· Respond to written and/or telephone inquiries from policyholders, employees, and Account Reps.
· Evaluate SOH forms to identify situations requiring referral to Medical Underwriter.
This is a full-time position; Telecommuting is an option for candidates. The position requires a flexible work schedule, including the ability to work primarily nights and weekends.
The Community Moderator is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming sports community throughout B/R. Bleacher Reports’ Moderation team does this by keeping the site’s comment sections clean of trolls, spam, and abusive, harmful, hateful, or violent content while ensuring that users and community captains understand how to use B/R and its many features. Daily responsibilities primarily include:
- Reviewing and moderating comments, polls, and content posted on B/R which are flagged through users and system automations
- Suspending or revoking commenting privileges from users who violate the site’s Community Guidelines
- Monitoring and responding to tickets related to account issues and appeal processes
- Monitoring and responding to moderation alerts from the editorial/programming teams, reporting any potential issues to the appropriate departments

Compensation: $25.00 and $26.00

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be handling inbound & outbound calls, text messages, secure emails, and faxes from members and providers and connecting them to their Care Team. Additionally, you will provide administrative support by generating member reports, and data entry.
Duties:
- Generate daily member reports and assist with day-to-day functions to help prepare interdisciplinary care team meetings, such as case conferences
- Provide inbound telephonic, text, fax, and email support for our members
- Be able to identify and triage a member’s needs to connect them with our Care Teams for clinical support and care coordination
- Send weekly surveys to our members
- Schedule patient and provider calls and case conferences, as needed
- Contribute to special projects or data entry, including the growth of our virtual medical practice and stop-gap process execution
Care Partner December 2024 Hire:
Compensation: $24.03 per hour
As a Care Partner, your job is to talk to, navigate, and guide our members who have cancer throughout their journey. You will report into our Care Partner Team Lead and spend most of your day reaching out to our members by phone, text, video, and email to check in on their needs. If members need support connecting with providers or resources (e.g., transportation, financial grants, emotional support resources, medical equipment) you are responsible to get it for them.
Additionally, you help members schedule health and wellness visits with our provider team and conduct survey assessments to determine if there are changes in their health, what their needs are, and what their goals and values are for advanced care planning.
Claims and Billing Specialist:
Compensation: $65,000 – $105,000
Cala Health is seeking a Claims and Billing Specialist to join our team. This team member will be responsible for managing the billing and claims process. This is a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes, maintaining financial integrity, and providing excellent customer service.
The Opportunity: A Day in the Life:
Monitor patient billing module and update information as needed
Provide prompt and knowledgeable responses to emails and phone calls ensuring that all inquiries are addressed with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure that all communication is promptly documented in appropriate system of record, facilitating easy access to information and maintaining a comprehensive and reliable record of interactions
Review patient documentation to ensure accuracy and qualification, maintaining high standards of thoroughness and diligence
Manage shipments by approving and generating sales orders, promptly sending sales orders to ship and reviewing sales orders for accuracy after shipment ensuring smooth processing and timely delivery; confirm sales orders to create claims and invoices, maintaining high standards of accuracy in financial transactions

Tier 1 Support Specialist (Remote – Customer Service, Night Shift)
Compensation: $19 per hour **We are currently only hiring for night shifts***
What You’ll Be Doing (sorted from the more basic to more advanced work):
- Field incoming client communications via phone, chat, and our online customer portal
- Help end-users administer their PerfectServe applications
- Train end users on how best to use PerfectServe’s phone, mobile, and web applications
- Own basic-to-advanced troubleshooting efforts related to message delivery and/or message content issues; identify root cause(s) and make the appropriate configuration changes to resolve the issue
- Consult, design, configure, and deploy custom applications leveraging best practices to meet workflow needs of PerfectServe’s end users
- Build and revise new user accounts based on established standards and best practices
- Work with end-users and hospital IT personnel to troubleshoot mobile and web connectivity issues
- Collaborate with other PerfectServe teams, including customer success, integration, and technical teams, on escalated technical issues

You will also monitor Member adherence and alert the medical care teams if needed. Mission-driven with a heightened degree of empathy and sensitivity, you will make calls to help non-adherent Members get back on track.
Compensation: $18 plus monthly bonus
As a Member Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact to our prospective members, with the task of contacting them via phone to introduce and explain the Wellth program and assist them with enrollment by showing them how to download and use our app. You will also work with the rest of the Member Operations team to conduct feedback outreaches to better help members’ voices be heard.
