We’re looking for someone with expert knowledge in financial analysis who also can write well. Experience in data labelling is a bonus, but not required. 

As a Financial Data Labeler, you will:

  • Create high-quality and insightful questions, and excellent answers.
  • Assess, edit, and improve the outputs of our AI models. 
  • Adhere to our style guide.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for unique data labelling situations.
  • Find and collate new financial documents.

Care Admin Specialist

As a Care Admin Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our organization by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient data, facilitating the transfer of information between systems, and providing administrative support to the admissions and clinical teams. 

Responsibilities

  • Data Review and Transfer:
    • Review and transfer patient data accurately and efficiently between Salesforce and medical records systems. Ensure that all information is entered correctly and in compliance with established protocols and standards.
  • Patient Chart Maintenance:
    • Maintain patient charts and records, ensuring that all documentation is complete, up-to-date, and organized according to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Entry and Management:
    • Enter and update patient information in databases and electronic health records systems as needed. Monitor data integrity and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors promptly.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the admissions and clinical teams, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Compliance Adherence:
    • Adhere to compliance standards and regulations, including HIPAA, to protect the privacy and confidentiality of patient information. Follow established procedures for data handling, storage, and disposal.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, clinical, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care and administrative activities.
  • Training and Development:
    • Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in care administration, data management, and compliance practices.

Customer Success Associate

Compensation: $22 per hour

As such, we are seeking a detail-oriented, driven, energetic, efficient, analytical, reliable, and highly organized Customer Success Associate to support our growing customer needs.  You will leverage both phone and email and live chat to support enrollment, account or billing queries with Solstice subscribers. 

Subscriber Billing and Platform Support:

  • Support inbound call overflow and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our services to assist customers effectively.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

New Subscriber Support:

  • Guide potential subscribers through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand and complete all necessary steps. 
  • Verify and process enrollment forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist customers with platform account setup and activation, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Provide information on subscription plans, billing, and benefits to potential subscribers.
  • Document all activities in our customer system tools (SFDC, Zendesk) and in the Solstice platform.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Fully understand the solar industry, community solar market, the Solstice customer profile and value proposition
  • Other duties as assigned  

Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist

Kairos Power is seeking a motivated Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to engage in daily accounting processes and procedures, playing an active role in accounts payable operations for approximately 4 months. In this collaborative environment, the role will work under the guidance of the Manager, Accounts Payable, and alongside experienced peers.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and review invoices in Coupa for accuracy and timeliness
  • Verify travel and expense report compliance
  • Assist in preparing and executing weekly vendor payment batches
  • Maintain accurate vendor information in the procurement system
  • Actively engage in continuous learning opportunities and contribute to team discussions
  • Gain proficiency in accounting operations software, including NetSuite and Coupa
  • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in the accounting system
  • Analyze and explain monthly fluctuations in account balances

ROI Medical Records Specialist – Remote

This position is responsible for processing all release of information requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service.

  • Completes release of information requests including retrieving patient’s medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record accurately and correctly and transmitting daily, according to requests, established procedures, and established standards of quality and productivity.
  • Date stamps all requests and highlights pertinent data to facilitate processing.
  • Validates requests and authorizations for release of medical information according to established procedures.
  • Performs quality checks on all work to assure accuracy of the release, confidentiality, and proper invoicing.
  • Maintain equipment in excellent operating condition (inside and out).
  • Provides excellent customer service by being attentive and respectful; insures understanding of customer request and follows-through as promised; and being proactive in identifying client concerns, or problems.
  • May receive incoming requests including opening mail, telephone inquiries, and retrieving facsimile inquiries, depending on the needs to the client.

Forms Completion Specialist – Remote

This position is responsible for completing Disability/ FMLA  forms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and providing patients and clients with the highest quality product and customer service. Applicants should have familiarity with medical   terminology and medical office processes and procedures. Experience with Disability/ FMLA  forms is preferred.

Essential Job Functions:
•    Complete Disability/FMLA forms by utilizing industry standard responses per the type of specialty practice.  
•    Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all account clients. 
•    Communicate by email or telephone with patients and physician coordinators about Disability/FMLA paperwork in a timely manner. 
•    Strong understanding of medical terminology and familiarity with ICD-10 coding.
•    Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (HER)systems.
•    Understand and abide by all HIPAA Privacy and Security Laws. 
•    Meet and adhere to Attendance and Schedule, Production and Metrics, and Quality Goals.
•    Extract Disability Forms from all EMR Accounts to ensure that all requests are received and Provide proper Data Entry into HDS with proper PHI Guidelines. 

Chargeback Specialist

Compensation: $20 per hour

Responsible for analyzing, researching and processing incoming chargebacks through the billing platform.

Job Details:

  • Performs Credit Card chargebacks resolution to ensure timely, accurate, and effective processing of fraud and dispute claims
  • Provides evidence when merchants ‘request for information’ before it becomes a chargeback
  • Provides in-depth research and investigation into transactions of frauds or dispute claims, and provide evidence/documentation to support the investigation
  • Ensures adherence and deadlines are met for all claims 
  • Ability to escalate issues to supervisors 
  • This is not a customer facing role, but will require a lot of cross team collaboration, analytical skills, and prior administrative experience

Administrative Specialist – Remote

Compensation: $47,533.00 – $83,183.00

This position requires a thorough understanding of appropriate business practices, divisional activity, and TruStage’s mission and general operating procedures.  Lead multiple projects and handle complex assignments, materials and tasks. Assist and/or lead major event/meeting planning.  

Keep abreast of existing and emerging corporate and division information technologies to assess their impact on business needs of the area.  Provide training and support to department staff to ensure effective and efficient use of information technology.

Job Responsibilities: 
 

  • With limited direction, this position identifies and anticipates management needs and proposes processes/solutions.  
  • Proactively partner with manager(s) to understand his/her office operations.  Manage his/her schedule/calendar and email to maximize efficiency of manager. 
  • Maintain master schedule of proposals, presentations, plans, materials and reports.  Ensure materials are developed in a timely manner. 
  • Coordinate, lead or perform high-level support activities across department/division/function for specific assignments.  Exercise initiative and creativity in proactively seeking proposed solutions to problems within the department/function.
  • With an advanced/expert level of proficiency relative to designated “off the shelf” and ‘corporate’ software to include the internet/intranet, initiate, develop and complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner based on personal discretion within division/department guidelines.  
  • Coordinate workflow generated from multiple sources and procure additional resources as needed.  Serve as a member of the department/function support team.
