Compensation: $16.50 per hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Gathers, organizes and prepares source documents for data entry into the appropriate system database.
- Reviews data for discrepancies, missing pages or information and resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Enters both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the proper system database.
- Reviews data entered against the original source documents for accuracy and corrects any data entry errors or duplications.
- Follows data program security practices and procedures at all times.
- Routinely secures information by completing database backup daily.
- Performs other varies clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing and proofreading as required.
- Maintains confidentiality of all personal and financial information at all times and in accordance with HIPPA regulations.
Remote Medical Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for servicing and directing inquiries from clients, physicians, nurses or any representative acting on behalf of a client, scheduling and coordinating appointments with clients, physicians and examinees, performing data entry, as well as processing of medical and insurance documentation and records.
Responsibilities
- Direct and respond to inbound calls and inquiries from clients and/or anyone acting on behalf of the client regarding questions, service status or concerns, medical billing, or other requests for information.
- Schedule examinations through the system database.
- Schedule and confirm appointment dates and times with physicians’ offices, clients and examinees.
- Communicate with clients regarding appointment scheduling, physician CV’s, appointment changes, no shows, cancellations, and receipt of medical records and/or images.
- Prepare and send exam notification letters and records to all parties involved.
- Send reminders on appointments and follow up on reports.
- Review and process medical documents, ensuring they are accurately mapped and categorized within the system to the appropriate insurance carrier and claim.
- Ensure that all required documents are captured and linked to the appropriate records and case.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally. Adhere to deadlines.
- Utilize appropriate systems and databases to accurately enter both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the system, such as medical billing.
Billing & Reconciliation Representative
Compensation: $40,000 – $52,300 per year
The Billing & Reconciliation Representative:
- Reviews and reconciles the monthly census for hospice.
- Assists in the preparation of monthly customer invoices.
- Addresses various billing issues with hospice accounts.
- Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.
- Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion
Accounting Clerk – Gorilla Mind
Compensation: $20.00 To $22.00 Hourly
Gorilla Minds Accounting clerk will assist the Accounts Receivable Specialist and Accounts Payable Specialist in managing invoice accuracy, open invoice reconciliation, timeliness of processing weekly invoices and maintaining accurate customer and vendor records to ensure timely collection of revenue and payments of invoices, all while prioritizing customer service and compliance with financial policies.
Responsibilities:
Customer account maintenance: Updating customer and vendor information such as addresses and contact details.
Invoice accuracy: Double checking invoices for accuracy.
Invoice reconciliation: Verifying that month end open accounts receivable and payables balances to actual open invoices. Verifying that payments and credits have been applied correctly.
Customer service: Helping with research regarding questions on overdue payments, answering billing questions, and addressing concerns.
Data entry: Entering customer information, vendor information, payment details, and invoice data into the accounting system.
Collections support: Assisting with collection efforts for past due accounts, working with the Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Payment support: Assisting with bill reconciliation based on vendor past due balances, working with Accounts Payable Specialist.
The part-time Tier 1 Customer Support Agent is a remote-based part-time employee who is motivated to provide quick and effective service to worldwide participants in our online leadership development programs. This person champions customer happiness, satisfaction, and success through patience, understanding, and product and technical know-how.
We have availability during time blocks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We currently have specific need for coverage during 3:00 – 9:00 p.m. ET weekdays. Weekends are possible.
You will serve as a point of contact for our clients with questions about their online learning experience, including providing solutions for technical issues and logistical and administrative matters.
Our Agents communicate with high-level executives from premier companies all over the world, and candidates must exude professionalism and possess strong written communication skills. Our Agents are provided onboarding and ongoing training, resource materials, and the tools they need to be effective.
Experience working customer support for executives or businesses is highly valued. Work in a SaaS/product or application setting, Salesforce or similar CRM, website backend/ administrative interfaces, and help desk software is highly valued.
Compensation: $63,000 and $68,000/year
What you will do at Acorns:
- Conduct thorough reviews and inquiries on identified and suspicious customer bank accounts within the specified systems
- Analyze and review potentially fraudulent activity, to ensure minimal loss to the organization and Acorns customers
- Respond promptly and exercise exceptional communication skills to optimize each contact with customers, partners, and external vendors/banks
- Enter and maintain accurate case detail notes for all alerts received and report the type of fraud on each occurrence
- Assist other internal Acorns teams with questions related to locked accounts and suspicious activity
- Complete account closure reviews
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities within your scope and develop creative solutions
- Ensures compliance with company standards and processes to increase production and accommodate work volumes toward enhanced customer satisfaction
- Ability to be flexible with working hours
Compensation: $47,120.00 – $76,820.00
What you will be doing
As a valued member of CIM leadership, you will be responsible for planning and structuring work activities for the team and monitoring progress. Provide guidance and supervision to team members as work activities are carried out. As a supervisor you will also develop staff within your area of responsibility in accordance with policy. You will also explore new technologies that may be applied to combat emerging trends in consumer activity.
- Supervise banking associate team (15-25 associates)
- Respond and resolve escalate issues
- Monitor and coach staff to ensure department metrics are being met
- Ensure associates are current on internal/external policies and regulations
- Expand overall knowledge of services
- Serve as a conduit for driving change in process for analytical methodologies
- Participate in training 9am-5:45pm for eight weeks
- Train the trainer when needed, especially on new products and services
- Evaluated calls
