In this role for Digitech, you are our brand ambassador for our clients ensuring their revenues are properly received allocated and recorded.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive payments made electronically, by paper check, and credit card
- Post payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Record and reconcile all postings against a bank statement or similar document
- Ensure assigned accounts are balanced daily
- Perform other assigned duties as requested by Department Manager

Customer Enablement Specialist
Compensation: $35,000.00 – $56,000.00
The Customer Enablement Specialist is responsible for intaking requests for EpicCare Link account creation, as well as tasks that involve reviewing current account setups and troubleshooting account issues. This position is focused on providing accurate and timely resolutions which positively influence the customer care experience.
Essential Duties
include but are not limited to the following:
- Create and process new account requests from providers.
- Process medical request and inquiries.
- Process account mergers and splits.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with account setup.
- Perform consumer outreach on technical issues via phone and e-mail.
- Maintain EpicCare Link.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff through both verbal and written communications with attention to grammar and spelling.
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Foster an engaging attitude by presenting a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and build strong working relationships with peers at all levels of the organization.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform daily quality checks of Internal Reporting. Review debits and credits to ledgers to determine stale dated items that need to be processed. Rynoh Reports.
- Assist with monitoring the borrower communications and help get checks cancelled and reissued.
- Reports issues timely and adhere to a regulatory and business defined timeline.
- Follow-up on time sensitive items to ensure timely payments of accounts.
- Monitor borrower communication, verbal, electronic (email/chat), communication with borrowers.
- Managing E-record account to determine proper debits and for recordation of documents.
- Report on errors to determine training strategies.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Compensation: $20.55 – $28.61 per hour
We are looking for a Disability Benefits Examiner to secure and analyze claim information, make decisions, and approve payments related to disability and state disability insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- 45% – Investigate and analyze claimants’ medical conditions, occupational demands, and policy provisions to determine eligibility and entitlement to disability benefits. Identify discrepancies and secure additional documentation as needed to make decisions on new, continuing, and maintenance claims.
- 30% – Develop and execute strategies to manage claims efficiently, contain liability, and ensure claims are resolved in a timely manner. Provide responsive customer service, ensuring that each claimant’s medical condition and policy provisions are carefully considered.
- 20% – Provide clear and accurate claim information to claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders. Resolve issues and respond to inquiries effectively through written and verbal communication.
- 5% – Ensure accurate claim payment by identifying deductible income and maintaining correct system data.
- Ability to work in a remote setting is a requirement of the role.
Legal Document Specialist (Remote)
Compensation: $19.19 per hour
We are currently seeking a Word Processing professional to support time-sensitive project requests by working with a team of individuals across multiple shifts and locations.
Candidates must enjoy producing quality work and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Knowledge in legal word/document processing using various legal software, tools, Microsoft Office suite is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using a variety of software applications
- Convert, clean and format documents to/from different file formats
- Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested
- Create and/or edit Tables of Authorities and Table of Contents
- Perform data entry utilizing various software applications
- Transcribe analog or digital dictation files
- Restore/recover corrupted document files as necessary
- Provide telephone help desk support to troubleshoot application queries
- Complete all assigned jobs by the deadline in an accurate and timely manner
Compensation: $15-18 per hour
his is an entry level position responsible for processing all release of information (ROI), specifically medical record requests, in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with Company and Facility policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information.
- Maintain working knowledge of Company and facility software.
- Adhere to the Company’s and Customer facilities Code of Conduct and policies.
- Inform manager of work, site difficulties, and/or fluctuating volumes.
- Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.
- Consistent application of medical privacy regulations to guard against unauthorized disclosure.
- Responsible for managing patient health records.
- Responsible for safeguarding patient records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Prepares new patient charts, gathering documents and information from paper sources and/or electronic health record.
- Ensures medical records are assembled in standard order and are accurate and complete.
- Creates digital images of paperwork to be stored in the electronic medical record.
- Responds to requests for patient records, both within the facility and by external sources, retrieving them and transmitting them appropriately.
Compensation: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

This is as intermediate level position with at least 1 year related HIM experience. In addition to HIS I Foundation, HIS II is responsible for training HIS I staff and providing reports to manager and/or the facility.
