Train AI Bots with Remotasks

I am currently working for Remotasks training AI bots. The job is fairly easy if you can read and respond on a 9th grade or higher level. Aside from responding to the bots, we also get paid to approve and select relevant answers.

Some of these bots are being crafted for big box companies and brands that are soon to integrate their own AI systems into their sites.

If you have a degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Physics, they are paying high rates.

Right now, I am getting paid $18 per hour and training is paid at the same calculated rate.

I am able to go in and work as I please as long as I have a computer. I can work overnight and I can work during the day around my kid’s schedules.

They had a promotion that stated that you can make up to $600 per week.

Product Support Generalist:

Compensation:  $50,000 – $65,000 + equity + benefits

What you’ll do:

  • Become an expert on Classy Live, our state-of-the-art SaaS solution for non-profit fundraising events, and understand how nonprofits use the platform to create an impactful experience for their donors to unlock their generosity.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to answer customer questions via email, voicemail, and live chat. 
  • Answer questions from a wide range of nonprofits about Classy Live, including “How do I?” questions, technical troubleshooting, and billing inquiries.
  • Escalate product issues and feature requests to our technical support engineers. 
  • Support internal Classy teams with answers to product questions on internal channels. 
  • Provide day-of/night-of event support remotely or in-person on weekends or evenings for 10% of your responsibilities (may increase to 30% during peak seasons).
  • Travel to a non-profit fundraising event and interact with customers in-person. Estimate: 10% of responsibilities (may increase to 30% during peak seasons). 

What you bring (Required):

  • Exceptional oral and written communication. Must communicate effectively and genuinely across email, live chat, video calls, and social channels. 

Social Media Coordinator:

Compensation: Hourly rate: $20 – $29

Areas of responsibility:
-Assist in implementing overall social media strategy
-Ideate, curate, and create engaging content across social platforms with an emphasis on video content for Instagram and TikTok
-Programming and publishing across owned social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest)
-Development and management of social calendar
-Community management and active social listening to connect with those talking about our app
-Monitor and report on post performance to optimize future content
-Stay up to date with current social media trends and current events

Engagement Moderation:

Project Hours: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays, 8-10 am

On this project, ModSquad has partnered with a great client that fosters the unique power of social media to drive positive marketing ROI by honing and humanizing their client’s social media presence. ModSquad’s mods on this project will handle engagement moderation.

JAMAICA RESIDENTS ONLY:

Customer Support (Inbound Messaging) – English – Music Streaming (3156)

Working Hours: 25 hours per week (8 hours required over Saturday and/or Sunday)

ModSquad has partnered with a top music streaming service and we are currently seeking music-lovers that want to join our team. We are looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives who are passionate about providing world-class support in an enjoyable online environment. This is an established and long-term project with an incredibly strong internal support system and highly interactive orientation program.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Ability to quickly identify any and all issues the customer may have
  • Ability to maintain high engagement with both the project and customers
  • Someone who wants to help the customer, not just move to the next one
  • People driven to do more for the customer and exercise good judgement in their favor when the opportunity presents itself
  • Customer service experience; familiarity handling chats
  • Professional/business level proficiency in English
