
Paralegal & Legal Operations Associate:
Compensation: $61,000-$76,000/year
Job responsibilities:
- Corporate Governance: review, organize and maintain corporate records, board meeting materials, board and shareholder actions and third-party agreements.
- Legal Technology: oversee relationships with legal technology vendors including contract management and legal matter intake, equity management and board management vendors. Select and implement other legal technology providers.
- Legal Team Budget: understand and help manage the budget for the legal department.
- Commercial Contracts: prepare and maintain form legal documents and prepare drafts for attorney review. Assist attorneys with drafting, negotiating and executing commercial contracts including services agreements (including SaaS), SOWs, Order Forms, consulting agreements and influencer agreements.
- Assist with projects related to subsidiaries (GoHenry & PixPay), compliance, marketing, corporate finance, technology, IP and other legal matters.
- Develop and improve processes and playbooks related to the above and to help make the Legal Department more effective and efficient.

Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000 a year plus $10-20K yearly bonus

As a Career Mentor, you will be responsible for fellows’ success by helping our job seekers develop their soft skills and personal brand through a variety of workshops and 1-on-1 mentoring sessions. You will work cross-functionally with technical mentors, our product team, and operations to promote engagement, process improvements, and data tracking.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main mentor for a caseload of fellows (often around 40, could be higher or lower as needed)
- Provide 1-on-1 support to job seekers
- Support fellows with various aspects of the hiring process including but not limited to resume writing, application strategies, behavioral mock interviewing, and negotiation.
- Responsible for reaching fellow metrics (KPIs) such as retention, interview rate, placement speed, placement percentages, etc. through strategic initiatives such as promoting the value of the program to fellows in free trial.
- Conduct regular check-ins with fellows to discuss their job search updates
- Work with fellows and other advisors to ensure good data collection to track progress

Paralegal Project (Temp/Remote) -Document Review (PII data):
Compensation: $19 per hour
We are staffing a large-scale paralegal document review project on behalf of our client, a global consulting firm. The project requires working on a team tasked with PII (Personally identifiable information) data analysis and review and using technology to manage the data. The project will work 40 hours per week with flexibility for additional hours as needed, and the anticipated duration is approximately 3 weeks.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
-Identify, review, and code PII.
-Perform legal document review and QA.
-Excellent organization and communication skills.
-Can work independently in a fast-paced setting.
-Ensure projects and tasks are completed accurately.
