E-Commerce Fraud Prevention Specialist:

Compensation: $52,000+

As a Fraud Prevention Specialist you will:

  • Analyze incoming orders to spot trends and prevent fraudulent order attempts
  • Communicate empathetically with cardholders to confirm order authenticity
  • Make and execute decisions regarding validity of orders
  • Measure, track, and communicate data on fraudulent attempts and chargebacks on a regular basis
  • Work cooperatively with other Fraud Prevention Specialists to recognize trends and update system accordingly
  • Evaluate current processes and suggest any appropriate improvements to increase efficiency, reduce loss, and enhance the customer experience

Member Operations and Experience Specialist:

The Public Customer Experience team is looking for a CX Member Experience Specialist to help support the CX team.  As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for serving our members across all support channels and providing legendary service. 

We’re talking about the kind of legendary service that earns awards, news coverage, goes viral and most importantly makes people happy. This will take place live chat, email, social media, random acts of kindness, handwritten notes, proactive check-ins, being a great teammate, doing the right thing and behind the scenes support working with compliance and the engineers.

Legal Administrative Assistant:

Compensation: $43,900 to $77,200

Sat-Tues, 1:30p to Midnight (Stays on Pacific Time) (Four 10s)

We are currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support time sensitive project requests by working with a team across multiple shifts. Candidates must enjoy producing quality work and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Knowledge in legal word/document processing using a variety of legal software, tools, Microsoft Office suite is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using a variety of software applications
  • Convert, clean and format documents to/from different file formats
  • Create charts, graphs, tables and spreadsheets as requested
  • Create and/or edit Tables of Authorities and Table of Contents
  • Perform data entry utilizing various software applications
  • Transcribe analog or digital dictation files
  • Restore/recover corrupted document files as necessary
  • Provide telephone help desk support to troubleshoot application queries
  • Complete all assigned jobs by deadline in an accurate and timely manner 
  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
  • Follow established policies and procedures at all times
  • Perform additional duties as necessary or assigned

Revenue Processor:

Role Overview:
This position reports to the Supervisor of revenue Accounting. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing contracts and for data input and integrity. This position also is responsible working with our Agents and other customers to provide education and to answer all questions regarding our pricing programs, processes, procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing: 
40% Process contracts by reconciling payments, generating invoices, and paying commissions
20% Apply basic problem solving and research techniques to address any customer issues as they arise
20% Audit work for proper invoice accuracy and to ensure appropriate authorization levels are adhered to
10% Provide customer service support to agents and clients
