- Create publication-quality transcripts of high speed, multi-speaker events involving specialized terminology in a paired team environment.

Digital Asset Management Librarian:
Compensation: $55-$65K salary
The DAM Librarian is responsible for maintaining order and operation of the Everyday Health DAM Library and assisting the DAM Lead with improving upon and building new processes in relation to asset development and monitoring. Additionally, serves as a resource for all stakeholders within our internal and/or external, cross-functional partners.
- Act as SME on the Digital Asset Library
- Drive established Asset Management practices and methodology for the Custom Product Marketing team
- Assess asset organization and naming at campaign level prior to development
- Initiate asset development within our systems and processes
- Ensure successful data transfers between multiple systems and software tools
- Participate in evaluating and executing QA roadmaps and strategies
- Work with cross functional teams to iterate, develop, implement and adopt asset management practices and expectations
- Collaborate with DAM Lead to innovate, develop, implement and improve asset management capabilities, approaches and services.
- Monitor the success of Asset Management and Cataloging
- Support the QA Coordinators holistic QA efforts as needed

Remote Administrative Assistant:
Compensation: $25 per hour
System One is seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant.
This role supports an existing Purchasing program and reports directly to the Sr Procurement manager. This role supports our federal procurement business unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in a high paced environment with multiple opportunities to contribute by supporting an existing purchasing program with various administrative duties.
Duties include working with internal stakeholders to obtain and upload documentation, follow up with internal stakeholders on status, ability to track requests and provide consistent status feedback on those assigned tasks/requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of related experience
• Advanced level experience with standard Microsoft Office products is required
• Prior experience with SharePoint is a big plus
• Attention to detail, good communication skills and ability to multi-task are key
• Must be able to work within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work independently and be responsible for the tasks assigned
• Person hired will work remotely out of either the Pacific time zone or Mountain time zone area

Document/Word Processing Specialist:
As a document specialist at ECG, you’ll be an important part of our DPC team. We’re looking for a full-time, remote document specialist with a passion for perfection whose primary responsibility will be to format various types of client and internal documents, graphics, spreadsheets, and presentations according to in-house style guides and processes.
This shift is Sunday through Thursday, 1 to 10 p.m., PT.
Your Responsibilities May include:
- Formatting various types of documents, such as Word letters, outlines, and proposals; Excel spreadsheets and charts; and PowerPoint presentations and graphics, according to precise in-house style guides.
- Bringing together Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio content into a single document.
- Formatting Word documents into sections with multiple headers and footers.
- Creating client-ready PDF files using Adobe Acrobat.
- Using our proprietary SharePoint-based workflow system for all stages of job completion.
- Reviewing your own work to ensure all formatting, processes, and instructions are completed correctly.
- Meeting high expectations for volume, accuracy, and on-time completion.
- Regularly participating in production team discussions and meetings.
