In your role you will:
? Resolve tech & non-tech issues raised by Community members through messaging and social media
? Act as mediator between creators and collectors, using step-based resolutions, that are not conclusive on every call

Compensation: $11.68-20.00 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Review and submit applications for federal financial or disability benefits for children/adults in custody of government social services agencies.
– Review applications denied and gather documentation to determine if a reconsideration appeal is appropriate.
– Ensure case notes are updated with project timelines and with a high level of accuracy.
– Recognize operational improvements and make suggestions to management.
– Perform timely and regular follow up with the appropriate government program.
Instructional Support Specialist:
To support the March of Dimes’ Learning Management System (LMS) and the Professional Education Department with development of trainings, including instructional design and creation of SCORM files. Position is also responsible for administering technology and platforms for the delivery of live trainings. In addition, the Instructional Support Specialist will support business operations related to the delivery of education as needed in the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities encompass configuring courses, generating reports, developing certifications, designing learning paths and curricula, and collaborating with internal clients to enhance the learning experience. The Learning Management System (LMS) supports more than 30,000 of healthcare professionals, health care consumers, and March of Dimes staff.
- LMS administration duties will include but not be limited to:
- eLearning setup and tracking with the Professional education team
- Customer support and service with online education purchases, coupon codes, trouble-shooting & tracking, such as resetting passwords for users and adjusting dynamic rules, and other end user support
- Updating the LMS store with new offerings & content updates
- Designing and distributing reports for customers (both third party funders and direct purchasers) & weekly/monthly enrollment reports to active eLearning groups
Standards Aligner – ELA (Freelance):
This is a 1099 consulting role that is remote for 6 months with possible extension.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Accurately interpret state educational standards and curriculum documents
- Identify the IXL skills that best help students meet the goals of each standard

Car Participant for a Data Project
Compensation: $50
Following the guidelines, you will record a provided set of sentences in 3 short sessions across 3 days (one morning, one afternoon and one evening). The recording sessions will have to be done inside a car with different set ups (e.g., windows down, A/C on, in-door parked car).
Who is eligible?
To participate you should meet the following qualifying criteria:
– Be 18 years or older, or 16-17 years old (with guardian’s consent).
– Be a resident of the U.S. (except Hawaii residents).
– Be fluent in English.
– Have a smartphone.
– Have access to a car with A/C (no driving is required).
– Have access to indoor parking (garage, indoor parking structure/ building, does not have to be private parking).
Independent Tasker with Remotasks
Compensation: $18 per hour
(I make around $504 each week doing 4 hours of work a day for 7 days.)
Remotasks leverage on their Remotaskers’ abilities to provide insights on concepts and things AI and neural networks just won’t understand on the get-go. In short, we teach AI things such as identifying objects, knowing what not to hit, and even understanding traffic.
In essence, we have Tasks that range across these projects (and how they help into making our pizza delivery robot):
- Image analysis and comparison. We have tasks where we need to draw bounding boxes around different objects to help determine what’s where.
- 3D video analysis. We have tasks where we have to label, identify, and annotate 3D data from various sensors. That way, we can help self-driving cars identify obstacles and how they can avoid them.
- Categorization. We have tasks where we need to identify keywords that can describe what’s in a text or an image.
- OCR transcription. We have tasks where we need to transcribe important content from images such as menus and documents.
- Data collection. We have tasks where we need to search the web and collect data on anything under the sun.

Account Adjustment Specialist:
Compensation: 16$-19$ an hour.
The primary function of the Account Adjustment Specialist is to handle timely and accurately all incoming inquiries and/or requests for various account adjustments from insureds, brokers, and our internal contact center. The various adjustments include but are not limited to, returned (NSF) checks, credit card chargebacks, correspondence received, or situations discovered during internal audit reviews
Essential Job Functions
- Accurately imports files and processes adjustments in the Premium Billing System (PBS)
- Validates the accuracy of new account entry
- Performs daily internal audits of multiple reports to ensure that funding and refunds are issued timely and accurately
- Ensures that policy numbers are present prior to cancellation
- Performs other daily support functions such as returned checks, chargebacks, and payment exceptions
- Answers calls and processes emails during peak times or when the contact center is short staffed to ensure we meet customer expected standards
Substitute Teacher (Fully Remote):
Compensation: $30 per hour.
