Student Safety Specialist (Content Reviewer):

Student Safety Specialist?role, reviewing online activity that is recognized and “flagged” by our technology as potentially concerning or dangerous,?you’ll play a key part in our mission of protecting students?and have a real impact on our clients, students, and the company. 

ABOUT THE JOB:?The following are the essential functions of the position.? The list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary. 

  • Actively monitor queues to review and act on alerts flagging potentially concerning student activity.
  • Analyze flagged content (including self-harm, violence, child sexual abuse material, and bullying) and determine context and student intent. 
  • Identify harmful online behavior and communicate with clients to advise appropriate responses. 
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Technical Support, Sales, Customer Success) to resolve client needs.  
  • Continuously update skills and knowledge on the latest online threats to students. 
  • Review escalated alerts and contact school officials by phone to prompt urgent action. 
  • Identify emerging issues and trends to inform solution development. 
  • Participate in team projects and initiatives. 
  • Work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.  

Trust & Safety Specialist:

Our Trust & Safety team members work together to provide tactical operations to tackle issues that introduce risk and jeopardize safety within the platform. In this role you will report directly to a Trust & Safety Team Lead within a specialized division. You will use your keen eye for details and excellent problem solving skills to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior, and take pride in knowing that you are upholding the Roadie brand by ensuring trust and safety for our users.

  • Identify, thoroughly investigate, and resolve fraudulent-related issues on the Roadie platform 
  • Leverage data to identify patterns and trends in fraudulent activity
  • Identify procedural gaps to develop efficiency and effectiveness within the team 
  • Manage critical and high-risk situations appropriately and with a sense of urgency 
  • Adjudicate user consumer reports while adhering to geographic compliance & regulations
  • Validate the authenticity of user identification 
  • Adhere to legal and risk-related policies and procedures 
  • Partner with various stakeholders to implement fraud mitigation tactics and support change management efforts
  • Investigate, audit, and decision on sender Gig related claims 
  • Research industry standards and best practices to improve internal processes
  • Reduce company losses by assessing internal and external liabilities
  • Partner with law enforcement as needed when managing ongoing investigations

Invoice Creator:

POSITION SUMMARY:

As an Invoice Creator, the candidate would work together with the Invoice team to obtain and assemble costing on new invoices.

The Invoice Creator would be responsible for adding costs, determining the missing information, and reaching out to the correct team member to complete invoice costing.

DUTIES

  • Reviewing client invoice guidelines
  • Reviewing and entering known costs
  • Submitting requests for contractor invoices
  • Submitting requests for missing details/information
  • Adding all costing to the invoice
  • Preparing the invoice for review
  • Following up with team members for pending information
  • Managing a daily dashboard
  • Client outreach

Post Enrollment Operations Specialist:

The Post Enrollment Operations Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Post Enrollment department. The Post Enrollment Operations Specialist is responsible for data entry and integrity, maintenance of information in internal systems, and reporting in support of retention and clinical/professional placement for a group of assigned partner institutions.

As a Post Enrollment Operations Specialist you will be doing the following:

  • Responsible for data entry and CRM/InPlace management for all assigned programs.
  • Ensures quality assurance for all student data within internal CRM/InPlace for assigned programs.
  • Responsible for maintaining and deploying all assigned student information, retention, and placement reports to key stakeholders.
  • In partnership with the Post Enrollment team, manages degree path updates for current students within assigned programs.
  • In charge of student record reconciliation including the management of student roster file detail for assigned programs.
  • Collaborates with Post Enrollment colleagues to support student registration, participation, clearance, and placement functions.
  • Completes CRM resolution tickets for assigned programs.
  • Responsible for helping maintain any internal SOPs, training materials, or new student onboarding packages.
  • Responds to requests for data and work orders for Post Enrollment team within established timeframe.
  • Maintains inbox for InPlace technical inquiries and responds to routine requests from partner and student contacts.
  • Identifies needs for new processes and helps identify efficient and effective solutions.
  • Participates in long-term CRM/InPlace development projects in collaboration with IT.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Online Tutor, Full-Time:

Compensation: $18.14 and $21.78 per hour.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Provides 1:1 synchronous tutoring through chat, text, and audio communication across multiple grade levels and subject areas based on experience and content knowledge.
  • Coaches and provides content support to students across company platforms.
  • Provides high-quality instruction with the goal of supporting conceptual understanding.
  • Develops, prepares, and delivers synchronous instruction to students needing targeted interventions.
  • Uses resources and instructional-based best practices to provide effective instruction.

  • Collaborates with colleagues to develop and implement instructional best practices.

  • Completes the company and Synchronous Education Services onboarding program including the new hire mentor process.
  • Communicates professionally with all stakeholders (students, colleagues, customers) using text, audio, and video technologies.
  • Other duties as required.

Representative I, Provisioning

The Provisioning Analyst will perform Access Management functions for Ensemble and client systems based on defined standards and procedures. This role is responsible for compliance of both Ensemble and client provisioning processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provision access and accounts according to defined processes and security requirements
  • Familiarity and understanding of navigation within payors websites; insurance eligibility or verification experience.
  • Highly organized with the ability to operate on an IT ticketing system.
  • Manage day to day account management for all user accounts.
  • Assist associates with troubleshooting access issues including password resets.
  • Terminate accounts and access.
  • Assist with onboarding and acquisition of account management responsibilities for new applications and new clients.
  • Assist with data gathering for audits and any reconciliation needed.
  • Familiar with Ensemble and Client Security and Compliance policies related to access.
