Shipper Claims & Loss Prevention Processor:
Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 per year + Equity + Benefits.
We are seeking a detailed, organized, and analytical individual to investigate and process incoming claims from our shipper partners. The individual in this role should have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in recording claims findings and financial results. The Claims & Loss Prevention Processor will also handle inbound and outbound messages to Pandion shipper partners and should seek to create a positive claims experience for our shippers.
This role is open to areas surrounding Batavia, IL, Quakertown, PA, Flowery Branch, GA, Lewisville, TX, Ontario, CA and Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Investigating package claims and determining claim payment amounts

How your role as a Fraud Specialist contributes to the success of Vivid Seats:
- Proactively examine and review transaction data for suspicious activity and possible fraud
- Verify required documentation and assist customer service representatives with questions or issues regarding potentially fraudulent orders

The DRG Reviewer is responsible for performing DRG payment validation (clinical/coding) reviews of medical records and/or other documentation as defined by contract specific review criteria. - Maintain the security of exam content and results by ensuring processes are established and followed to remediate unusual or unauthorized activity identified including issuing of notices under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) to remove or prevent the inappropriate use of Ascend Learning copyrighted materials.
- Participate in identifying and managing improvements and strategies to use when third parties are non-compliant with notices.
- Track problematic third parties and sites for compliance with notices and repeat violations.
- Report suspicious exam activity by individuals for further investigation to determine if additional actions are necessary regarding an account holder or their exam results.
- Develop and maintain tactics to intervene on social media platforms to influence students and candidates to maintain appropriate academic integrity standards.
- Create records of evidence of all suspicious activity and actions taken.

Senior Member Support Specialist – Social Media:
The role of the Senior Member Support Specialist is to directly engage with current and potential members to provide guidance, support, and motivation through Social Media channels and internal community message boards. Assisting members with program, membership, and technical inquiries.

TheLogistics Claims and Fraud Specialist is primarily responsible for identifying financial loss caused by package theft and fraud in Pandion’s operations and with our carrier partners. This individual will utilize data and internal tools to handle claims related losses, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft, and will drive improvements where problems are identified.
Additionally, this individual will work with Pandion’s carrier partners to recover losses and provides reporting to leadership regarding losses and credits associated with carrier claims. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner with a number of internal and external partners. While this role primarily focuses on the use of data to drive performance, travel may be required from time to time.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Pursues claim reimbursements from carrier partners.
- Performs moderately complex analysis of package loss & damage trends and communicates with internal and external stakeholders to address problem areas.
- Track, monitor, measure and report loss rates associated with carrier partners
- Maintains Excel workbooks and reports demonstrating losses and reimbursements related to carrier claims
- Partners with Pandion customer service to respond to and investigate customer reports of theft or loss.
- Maintains strong cross functional relationships with customer care, finance, legal, and transportation in order to resolve package claims issues.
- Develop and / or create ad hoc reporting, as necessary.
CareDriver Support Supervisor:
Compensation: $24 to $27/ hour.

Position Summary:
3rd Eye is the leading manufacturer in safety products for corporate fleets across North America with national accounts in several industries including distribution / logistics, municipalities, solid waste and environmental services, emergency vehicles, public transportation, construction, heavy equipment, armored transport, etc.
Video Reviewer II position will work closely with the Product Development Team to improve video analytics by accurately tagging and coding video frames as well as create and manage the online database of video findings. This position would need to follow work instructions and need to engage team members if they have concerns regarding information they are finding.
