
Medical Records Coordinator – Remote:
This position is responsible for extracting medical records for different departments within the company by IDX requests, ETM System, Claims or Insurance requests by correspondence. Employee must have good organizational skills, time management skills, and be flexible.
-Completes medical records requests from the ETM system as needed for insurance companies and various departments onsite and offsite.
-Access hospital websites to print records for requests.
-Print records from Onbase Scanning.
-Complete all requests by returning to the requestor, attaching necessary forms, or submitting with claim.
All other responsibilities as requested by management.
Compensation: $14.33 an hour.
Modivcare is looking for an Exceptions Specialist who will receive, research, and process transportation service requests for a reservation that requires approval procedures to be performed before or after transportation has taken place. You will monitor use and billing trends that may signal abusive practices. You will use our resources and outreach to members, facilities, clients and other parties to fulfill reservations. Fraud Specialist – (Credit Card):
Compensation: $25 per hour
Purpose: Protect the bank against potential fraud loss through review of card transaction activity. Provide clients with appropriate, timely support and relevant information.
- Review ATM, Debit and Credit Card transactions for potential fraud.
- Verify transaction activity with client and take appropriate action.
- When applicable, status card as appropriate, initiate the fraud claim and reissue process
- Communicate dispute process and action taken to the client.
- Document relevant information in Falcon, Card Guard, CE Desktop, DAG
- Communicate trends to management
- Information share and recommend new processes as necessary.
Compensation: $15.16 – $28.53
Process documents in an accurate and timely manner to ensure proper insurance coverage for homeowners and client satisfaction goals.
- Identify policy type and determine appropriate action needed. For example: PUD, Townhome, Flood, Wind, etc.
- Make appropriate updates to client database in order to meet regulatory obligations.
- Make timely premium payments from established escrow accounts to ensure continuous coverage.
- Manage time to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.

Call Monitoring Specialist Virtual:
Essential Functions
- Completes call assessments for registrar schedulers and consumer information representatives using the call monitoring system. Provides feedback to the employee, management and support teams. Completes reporting and statistics for completed call assessments.
- Provides written recommendations for additional training and coaching as determined appropriate based on patterns identified during the call assessment process. Assists education specialist with new hire training, both during training and post-training.
- Supports employee recognition opportunities provided as a result of reviews to enhance employee engagement initiatives to provide regular recognition for service excellence. Uses service rounding techniques to be available to answer questions for team members.
- Supports and works with the quality assurance and database specialist teams to follow up on service issues, and answer staff or clinical questions.
- Works with call monitoring system vendor to resolve performance issues quickly.
- Takes call in both the Appointment Center and Physician Referral to maintain skills and to identify process improvement opportunities.
Operations Associate, Negotiations:
Compensation: $20 – $24/hour + bonus + benefits.
We’re looking for a curious and passionate Operations Associate to support and optimize our growing portfolio of products and marketing initiatives.
- Interact with users via Intercom & Email to answer questions regarding Negotiations, Outages, and/or other Revenue based service
- Work with the negotiations team to suggest and improve workflows, back end infrastructure and processes
- Coach our away teams and insure they have resources needed to maintain efficiency and a high level of quality
- Respond to chargebacks/disputes of payments made to Rocket Money, outside of the sphere of Operations (such as Premium, Pay Advances, etc.)

Clerk I Account Set-up and Maintenance:
Duties:
- Responsible for evaluating and loading new accounts into the company’s computer system. Responsible for accurately entering customer data into the centralized maintenance system. Maintains customer information changes.
- Updates CRM system with new and existing account information. Updates licensing for all accounts.
- Scans and categorizes documentation into a scanning system.
- Releases orders from license hold.
- Performs related duties as assigned. Familiarity with Windows-based word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with ERP Accounting packages Ability to accurately interpret contract data Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

Seeking a data entry analyst to support a data migration away from Notion to Confluence. Any exposure working in Notion or Confluence tools is considered nice to have. The client is a crypto currency platform processing company and candidates must be able to work in a face paced environment.

This is an entry-level role focused on completing various tasks within the document review workflow. Project Coordinators will utilize technology tools to identify relevant documents within assigned document batches.
Project Coordinator are temporary, project-based employees hired to work on a finite engagement or engagements. Due to the nature of this work, projects may be of unpredictable and limited duration.
Qualifications
- Technically competent, with the ability to absorb end-user training on new technology tools

- Experience in Relativity desired but not required
